Jace was still copying files after files from Mrs. Wong's laptop. She turned quiet after the message. When she turned off the laptop, she sighed before facing the twins. 


The twins didn't answer. Elli looked pale. She kept on biting her bottom lip from apprehension and the information we just got. While Aeron looked mad. His fists were clenched tightly and his jaw were tightened I could almost hear the grinding of his teeth. 


"Oh God!" Elli choked. Her hands were shaking. "Oh my God." 


Aeron snapped out from his stupor and looked at his twin. He immediately puts his arms around her to calm her down. 


"What are we going to do?" she croaked out, on the verge of tears and panic. 


"Nothing," Jace said firmly. "You're not going to do anything. You won't confront your Mom about what we found out." 


"Why?" Elli sniffled quietly. She angrily wiped her eyes. 


"Because you'll put your family in danger. They're targeting me."
