CHAPTER 40

Maya held the phone in her hand still speechless. Everyone wanted to know what was so shocking that made Noelle and Maya turn pale the moment they saw it.

Liam gently took the phone from Maya’s hand and couldn’t believe what he was seeing.

Jason had posted a picture of him and another girl kissing, and with the caption “Best Girlfriend Ever”. He couldn’t believe his eyes. Jason was always so honest and faithful to Noelle, even in the short time they spent together as boyfriend and girlfriend.

The others quickly huddled up near Liam and saw what had made the three all so shocked. They all gasped in shock.

“Noelle I’m sure there’s a simple explanation for all this. Jason would never cheat on you,” Amaya said.

“Like what Amaya? Like what? What explanation could possibly clear this whole thing up? This morning I saw a similar post and didn’t think much of it, but now this is what turns up!” Noelle said. Tears were falling gently down her face as she said those words.
