Chapter 47: Fate

Belinda's P.O.V

We quickly went down on our knees, trying as much as we can to hide from my aunt.

She suddenly stopped and looked behind soon after she passed where we were exactly hiding from. She probably noticed some strange noise and wanted to confirm whether no one was watching her.

"Why don't I just go there and face her. Ask her what she was actually doing here?" I whispered with so much rage.

"That would be brave but definitely not now. I know how you feel but think about your helpless mother right now." Breyson suggested.

He was right about what he was saying. My mother would suffer all the consequences if I decide to confront her sister in law.

Soon as she got into her car, we got out from our hiding place and went to the grave.

Mother was still silent. She wasn't saying any word other than just staring at the grave and so I decided to do the talking. I kissed my flowers and placed them on my dad's grave.
