London's Pov.....

I could see his car behind me as I looked in my rare view mirror. I reached my gate and he waited until my car went through before he honked and drove off. I walked into the house and took my shoes off as Bianca and Chase attacked me...

"Where've you been?" ask Chased as he looked furious.

"I was out, what's wrong with you?"

"You weren't answering our calls", said Bianca.

"Oh yeah, I'm sorry about that I left my phone in the car, I was just trying to write some music" and Chase relaxed, "just check in next time ok", he stated and ruffled my hair.

"I will", I said as I told them good night and went up the stairs. I threw my heel in the closet and went in the shower and was out in about 15 minutes, I was so drained. I wrapped my towel around my body, picked my phone up off the dresser, and jump on the bed.

2 missed calls

I click the screen and realized, it was Aiden, I immediately redial and he answered quickly.

"Are you ok? I called like twice and you didn't answer", he said concerned.

I smiled, "I'm ok, I was in the shower."

Umh.. he stated and I rolled my eyes, "you're such a perv!"

What? he laughed, oh nothing I stated.

"I really had a great time today", he said, "I did too," I said as a smile crept upon my face.

"Have a good night", he said.

"Good night", I replied.

Car and Alex burst through the door, "what the hell happened to you yesterday?", said Alex.

"Oh my god, are you guys serious right now? I said trying to make them out through sleepy eyes, I'm literally sleeping here', I said as I pull my pillow over my head.

"Oh no missy", said Car, as she pulled it off.

"I Went to write some music and forgot my phone in the car", I started to explain.

"We were worried sick stated Car, as they crossed their arms and rolled their eyes.

"Guys I'm sorry ok? May I please go back to sleep now?"

"Ok we'll be in the theater room", Said Alex.

I picked my phone up at it was 9 o'clock, I might as well get up. I catch my hair in a ponytail and put on some sweats as I felt like jogging. I went through the door with my iPad and music in my ears as I started running. I jogged for an hour and as I was making my way home my phone rang.

Aiden calling...

"Are you stalking me now?", I ask and he laughed.

"Good morning beautiful, So what does your day looks like?" he asked.

"Ah I'm not sure, everybody's pissed that they couldn't get to me yesterday so I may have to make up for that. Car and Alex are at my house right now."

He chuckled, "I guessed you're under house arrest today?"

"I guess so, wait a minute, why?"

"Wanted to take you somewhere but we could do it another time," he said.

"Does this place have a time limit?" I questioned.

huh? he asked. "I mean do we have to be there at a particular time?"

"Oh ah no, not really".

"Ok how about I'll let you know what time I'll be available!"

"Ok great, he sounded excited, talk to you later".

"Okay bye", I said as the call ended.

I opened the door and went up the stairs and took a quick shower and headed to the theater room to spend some time with the girls. I wasn't ready to tell the girl about Aiden as yet, and I wasn't even sure what we were. I liked him, that I knew for sure.

"London" exclaimed Alex, where did you go?", she said referring to me zoning out.

"I'm here, what's up with you guys?"

"Oh same old, same old, said Car, what should we watch asked Alex."

"Twilight", I screamed.

"Again? They both chimed in. Hey, you ask", I said raising my hands.

"We can watch the last one, I said as Car tried to find it. Am gonna order some food what do you want?"

"I'll take the pizza," said Car.

"yeah same here", stated Alex.

"Yeah, hi! could I get two pepperoni pizzas with bacon and cheese crust, two sets of cheese sticks, and some spicy wings, please? Ok, thank you."

Our order arrived and we started eating and watching the movie, as it ended Alex stood up and stretch.

"'Guys I have to go, Mason and I have a date, it's been a while so I'm looking forward to this one."

Aww, I said and she blushed. "Ok yeah go on".

"I'm gonna go too said Car, I have to help mom with something."

I walked them to the door and bid them goodbye as if God was on my side, it was only 1:30 pm and that gave me time to be with Aiden, as I thought about it, I actually missed him. Is that weird? Oh well, I guess I like him more than I thought.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket to message Aiden, and I saw a text from him.

I felt my heart skip a beat, butterflies filled my chest and I was genuinely happy. I smiled as I replied

Yes, I actually just got rid of everyone, I can meet you in an hour? same place

I ran to my room straightened my hair and center-parted it. I put on a long-sleeved burgundy crop top and its matching skirt and added a gold body chain underneath and a pair of gold slippers. I didn't feel like heels today and decided against them. I packed my purse and changed my car as I didn't want anyone to notice it.

"I see someone's on time", Aiden smirked.

"Hey I'm normally early, that was just a one-time thing", I argued and pouted.

"You look absolutely stunning by the way", he stated.

"Why thank you, I said, you don't look so bad yourself." As he wore black skinny jeans and a white t-shirt and a blue and white jacket. It was simple but cute.

He opened the car door and I got in. "so where to this time"? I asked as I turn in his direction.

"A surprise", I said finishing his statement and rolling my eyes while he laughed.

"Yes", he said.

We arrived at a gate and he drove up and he stopped at the front where there were numerous cars.

"Where are we?", I asked.

"My house, well the one I share with my friends".

My eyes became wide at the mention of his friend and he notices.

"L" it's ok, they're not here, I know you, remember!" he stated and took me by the hands and I crashed into his arms we walked up to the front door and he opens it. It was beautiful, modern, and clean for just guys.

"Make yourself comfortable", he shouted as he ran up the stairs. I walked around looking at the pictures on the wall and I remembered the faces, the night at Jenny's.

"Come on", he gripped my hand and pulled me to the kitchen, "what are we doing?" I asked.

"Not we, me!", he exclaimed.

"Okay, so what are you gonna do?", I asked.

"I'm gonna cook for you my love", he said as he took my hand to his lips and kissed it, and I smiled.

"I didn't know cute and sexy boys cooked?"

What? he questioned.

Uhm? I said. "Did you just call me cute and sexy?"

"Did I say that out loud?' and he burst into laughter, "you tend to say a lot of things out loud "L".

"So what are you cooking?" I asked quickly trying to change the subject.

"Chicken parmesan, garlic bread, and shrimp pasta".

Wow, sounds awesome! Did you google me? I ask jokingly.

"For me to know and you to find out", he started wiggling his brows.

He started cooking and we talked in between as he prepares everything.

"Are you sure you don't want me to help?", I questioned.

"Nope! he said as he looks up smiling, but it's sweet of you to offer".

As he finishes he took stuffed to a room as I sat at the kitchen table helplessly.

"Ok, your dinner awaits", he said as he took my hand and I laughed, "that's so corny."

We entered a room that was dark with only candles lit around the table. It was well planned, the scent of the room was intoxicating and I felt my face lit up.

"Aww this is so sweet, I made a puppy dog face as I spoke, you did this for me?"

He chuckled, "you're too cute for your own good "L". He pulled my chair out and I sat down and he sat beside me. He said a quick grace and we started eating.

This is really good. "Who would've thought that you could cook, I chuckled, this is how you get the girls isn't it?" I asked and he smiled.

"Actually, no, only my friends know I cook, and now you, of course."

"So you've never cooked for a girl?"! I raised a brow at him.

"Well, only Jessie and that's because she practically lived here while we were together and she is still friends with my friends."

"Mmh, so how does that work? With all of you being friends?"

"It's ok, I can handle it, he said shrugging his shoulders, I can't ask my friend to stop talking to her because we didn't work out."

I nod in understanding. "Fair enough", I shrugged.

What about you and Scott? he raised an eyebrow.

I took up my glass and started drinking, "this is really good wine."

"L" come on, I answered your questions. "No getting away this time".

"Ok, I sighed. Let's just say, it's a match made in heaven in the eyes of my parents, especially my mom. He was for me too but things change and so do people. He was really close to my parents and my brother but not anymore, to Chase that is!"

Why? He asked.

"Well let's just say Chase is the only person who's aware of why we broke up and I'd like to keep it that way and it would crush my parents if they found out."

"Mmm I understand, but why is Chase the only one that knows? If I may ask".

"He's been my only boyfriend so there's a lot of history there and I'm very private and I didn't want it to be awkward between everyone and Chase's my best friend."

"He's your only boyfriend?", Aiden asked, more out of shock than an actual question.

Yup! I said.

"Literally, no one else?"

"Nope, we've been on and off but this time I know for sure that we're over, everyone thinks we've only been broken up for 6 months but it's been a year and a few months. My mom thinks I'm ridiculous and Scott thinks I just need some time and....."

"What do you want?" asked Aiden.

What do I want? I never really thought of that", I stated.

"Maybe you should think about that".

We started talking about movies and books, who knew Aiden reads?

Are you finished? asked Aiden

"Yeah, I'm gonna help you clean up though", ok he said. Let's go, we started packing the dishes into the washer and he put them to wash.

He was looking at me, as I looked up I could see the color of his eyes change and I shuffled my feet, you are absolutely beautiful, he said as his voice was raspy and deep, he started to step closer as I step back.

Aiden, what are you doing? I asked as he continued walking, I was stopped by the counter behind me and Aiden smirked....

Aiden Pov...

I was starring at her, I looked at the angle of her mouth, the shape of her face, and those dimples that sets in every second she talked or smiled. She was an angel, beauty with no comparison.

"You are absolutely beautiful", I said as I started moving closer to her and she began stepping back, "Aiden, what are you doing?", she questioned a little above a whisper. She was stuck as the counter was behind her and I smirked.

She seemed shorter without her heels. I held her face in my hand and gently began kissing her, her scent was mesmerizing, she was a mixture of Vanilla and I can't pick up what else, but it definitely turned me on. Our kiss grew more intense as she threw her arms around my neck and I leaned in and grabbed her butt. I lifted her up and set her down on the countertop not breaking the kiss, I moved to her neck sending little kisses down to her shoulder and then back to her mouth as she moans.

"You know what I want?" I said in between kisses.

"No. What?", she asked.

"You! I said and she opened her eyes, I want you "L". From the moment I laid eyes on you I knew I wanted you and no one else. I want you with no complications, no secret, just you and I", I stated as I pecked her lips. I pecked her lips twice as she cupped my face and began kissing me as she wrapped her legs around my waist as I moaned and leaned into her.

This felt surreal, I had felt that I couldn't explain, I picked her up off the counter and headed to the living room, and sat on the couch, placing her on top of me......

"Is that a yes?" I asked raising an eyebrow as we broke from our kiss trying to breathe.

Ah, she said as the washer stop and she gestured, "I'll dry the plates", she said sprinting off of me and into the kitchen. This girl is gonna be the death of me, I thought.

I walked to the kitchen counter, resting my elbows on it as I ran my hand through my hair, "need any help?" I question.

"No, it's fine, you did all the cooking, so I'll dry the plates", she said as she smiled and those damn dimples came out and her lips parted and I started to get hard... Fuck! control yourself Aiden.

"L", What's wrong?

She sighed, Aiden it's complicated she states as her phone began buzzing.....

London's Prov

"Hi chase, um I'm at the cabin I said as Aiden crossed his arms and looked at me.

"Yeah, I'm fine, Chase, I'll talk to you about that later. Ok bye, love you too."

"Sorry about that", I stated, he shrugged his shoulder as he stated it was ok.

"L", he said as he held my hands and kissed them, what's complicated?"

"Me, my life, everything", I said a little too loudly.

"So let's uncomplicated it", he stated as he let go of my hands.

"It's not that easy Aiden!"

"And why the hell not?" he said seriously as he furrowed his eyebrows.

"Shit! How do I say put this, um, ah... Well, let's just say I'm not allowed to date out of my race", I started looking at him.

"What? What does that even mean? He asked furrowing his brows. You're not allowed to date a white guy? He stated as his eyes grew huge.

"Something like", that I said as I looked at my feet and started playing with my anklet.

"Are you serious?", Aiden questioned looking pissed. "What is this, the 70's? Do people still believe in those crap? You gotta be kidding me!"

Aiden I said......

"That's why you've been lying about where you are?", he asked cutting me off.

"Ah, no not really, I really am a private person, and my brother and friends don't really care who I date, it's just my parents, especially my mom".

"L", you gotta be fucking kidding me right now", he stated.

"We have "white" friends, a lot and I don't think she has an issue with the color we were just taught to stick to our race if you know what I mean", I said looking at him.

"Hell no! I don't know what you mean, he shouted, I don't think a person's color should determine if he's good for you, a relationship is based on so much more than skin color, like love and compatibility. So sorry if I don't get what the fuck you just said", he stated angrily.

I think I should go, I stated as I dried my hands and walked to the living room grabbing my purse.

"L" Aiden calls out from behind me. "L", I'm sorry.

"Aiden it's fine, It's getting late and I should really get going", I said not looking at him.

"L", he said as he ran through his hair with his hand and sighed. "I just think that's crazy."

And don't you think I know that? I shouted as I pulled my hand from his, They are who they are and I can't change that.

He stayed quiet for a moment as if considering something.

"Okay, what if I talked to them?".

No, no, no, no, no... That's the worst plan ever, that would be more drama. No! I said.

Okay, so what's the plan? he questioned, I don't know, I stated. How about we tell no one?

He raised an eyebrow, no one?

Just for now, I promise, I said as he looked at me, as he seemed conflicted for a few seconds.

"Okay", he sighed.

Okay, what? I asked while a smile crept up on my face.

We'll do it, he said and I jump into his arms.

He lifted my chin up to his face and kissed me with so much passion and emotions that all I wanted to do was fell apart in his arms. I felt safe, but most of all I felt loved.
