"We could totally bake our own cake,Gina!" I ignored Deb and continued picking out plastic forks for the little party we'll be throwing. 


"Basically,its just you,Nana ,Billy,Maddie and I. Erin has exams leaving us to throw a party for five . Why bake one when we can order?" 


"That's not your reason,Gina" She rolled her eyes. 


"Of course. You're a sugar freak. Baking a cake with you would be a huge disaster. It's gonna be too sweet!" 


"What if it's sweet?" She sing sang and I facepalmed inwardly. 


"Deb,don't push your luck. We're ordering a cake." 


"Party pooper." She muttered and I chuckled. 


"On the bright side,I could get sugary sprinkles for your slice of cake." 


"No can do." The rest of the shopping was done in silence and I almost felt bad. But there was no way Deb was baking my birthday cake.
