"Your embryo is doing so well. You've been doing a great job with your recommended diet change." I smiled sheepishly at the doctor. I hadn't even considered the suggestion. "Any complaints?" 


Apart from the cold attitude I've received all week from Chase,none at all doctor,I thought. Instead,I said,"Thankfully,none doctor." 


She clasped her hands together like every other doctor would when they had a lot of advice to give and I braced myself. "That'll be all." I blinked twice and she gave me a knowing smile. 


"Okay,doc" I rose with my leather handbag. 


"Your friend isn't in today. I'd like to see her next week." I nodded curtly and left the white confines of her office.
