We all have a plan for our lives, a path we see ourselves taking. For Nova Gray, that path was simply to leave the town and the act she had to live behind. Her dream is to study Zoology and finally be who she is and not who she is supposed to be. She doesn't know what happened the summer after freshman year, all she knows is she came home different and is thrown into a whole new world. At first, she thinks she is alone but when a group of new kids move to town, Nova begins to understand who she truly is. Now her life has truly begun, one she can call her own and one she never expected. A new life that will take great courage to enter and conquer.

A New Life

Leah and both of Logan's parents took a sharp breath, as they took in the Alpha's words. Everyone else looked just as confused as Nova felt, but the tension in the adult's forms gave them all a sense of apprehension. Without any words spoken, Rose and Katie directed the three younger ones out of the room and left Jay, Logan, and Nova with the Alpha and Beta. 


Leah took a deep breath before she nodded and the adults left the room with us three trailing them up to the office. Duncan quickly moved around the desk and sat down before dragging Leah into his lap. Logan sat in the chair on the right while his parents stood to the right of the desk. Alan quickly wrapped his arms around Grace and lowered his head as if to kiss the top of her head, but instead took a deep breath.
