Jasmine's POV

After many minutes that seemed like ages, we finally arrived the basketball game., and one thing we never thought of was our tickets.

As we came down from Marcus' SUV, I only looked around by the amount of people and it was then I remembered that I hated crowds. Look, I know you might say that I just associated with a group of boys I

don't really know well, but it was all for Andy's sake. Look, I'm more of an introverted person, but most people say I'm an extrovert. Well, what can I say, I'm both of them...I'm an ambivert?

"We're finally here" Lewis said out loud sighing.

"Quit being a baby! Lewis" Brian exclaimed while palming his face.

I just giggled and went towards Andy while hitting him.

"Hey, what gives" Andy shot at me

"Nothing" I said while shrugging with a smile playing on my lips.

"Well, canna' say...my typical Jazz" he replied me as he wrapped his arm around me.

I just looked up at him and smiled cheerfully saying "thank you Andy, I've not had this much fun in ages"

"You're highly welcome kitten" he replied me while he ruffled my hair.

"common, not the hair again" I said as I feigned being angry but just ended up giggling.

"Adorable as ever" he said pulling me closer.

"Quit the lovey-dovey attitude, friends they say" Brian shot out to both of us.

Andy and I just looked at each other and laughed out loud.

"common Brian, we grew up together" Andy said. "I can see someone's getting jealous here" he added.

"Tickets please!" the guy accessing people to go in said to us.

"we have them right here" Marcus said. "Sylva, tickets?" he added as brought his hands out in a demanding way as to say...put them here.

He swiftly brought the tickets out of his pockets and put them in Marcus' palm. We then scurried through the seats and settled for the third row. Andy sat by my right-hand side while Brian took a seat on my left-hand side. The moment I saw him taking a seat, I swallowed hardly and started acting all jittery. Andy noticed and just put his arms around my shoulder, throughout the whole time Brian was by my side, I kept getting frills that Brian kept glancing my way at some point of time. I was so anxious that I was kind of sweaty and quite as a grave yard.

"Jazz, why are you're hella quite" he said palming his face. "can you just loosen up" he added whispering in my ear.

"It's not my fault" I said shrugging. "You know I get nervous around people I like" I added.

"So? You shouldn't be” he replied me. "look! if you don't want him knowing you like him; you should be your self around him" he added.

"less talking, more watching" Lewis said to us.

"yeah yeah" we replied him.

"how about we determine which team wins" I said to Andy. " I'm certain the team in green would win" I added.

" oh please" he said. " the team in yellow has more advantage, they're the ones who'll certainly win" he added.

"my team is down to twelve points already, yours is eleven points" I said acting all cocky.

" well, let's just see...miracles happen" he replied me.

"don't forget, if you lose your bet, you'll lose your right to brag honey” I said winking at him.

In no time, Andy and I were on were on the edge of our seat, praying for our teams to win.

"common, common player 3, score " I yelled on the edge of my seats. "just two points to go" I continued.

"Wuuuuuuu" I screamed out of excitement standing up from my seat. "my team wooooon" I continued.

So, I started doing a victory dance beside Andy, gradually coming closer to his face. He just covered his face saying" Fine, you won...don't be such a prick about it"

"Ha! I'm gonna brag about this for a preetty long time" I said while stressing on the word pretty.

We all retreated to the car, while I kept on taunting Andy about how he lost. Suddenly, I felt someone's arms around my shoulders, I grew cold shoulders and shivered. When I turned to see who it was, I met a pair if brown eyes staring deeply into mine and his lips had a playful smirk on them. They weren't just the normal brown but had a little lighter shade, making it distinct.

"Quite some humour you got there, you're really funny" he said with a smile.

I swallowed hardly while looking towards Andy, pleading with my eyes to help me out here. Andy just gave me his evil smile and just turned away like he was never there.

"Emmmm...Emm yeah" I replied him.

"What's wrong with you, you seem like you just saw a ghost" he said with a smirk.

"Nothing" I answered quickly.

"shotgun" Andy yelled while grinning looking at me.

"hey, guys, ladies first...I'm sitting at the passenger’s seat with Marcus" I yelled out, trying to wriggle out of Brian’s arm. Unfortunately, Brian didn't let me go...he only tightened his grip over my shoulders. By that single action of his, I tensed a little bit. I ended up sitting with Brian at the back seat, I was ice cold the whole period in the car, while the others sang along to 'hate me' by Ellie Goulding and Juice wrld and Andy kept wiggling his eyebrows at me through the rear-view mirror, while Brian kept his arm over me and texting with his second hand.

"we're here" Marcus said.

"wuuuu, food" Andy yelled.

We finally arrived at McDonalds’, we came down from the car and made our way to into the building. We sat at the table, I was finally by Andy side and boy I was so thankful and relieved. we took our orders to go, and soon, we were home. We arrived back at his house around 5:00pm, we all ate and retreated to the couch. I sat quite close to Andy, just so I could lay my head down on his lap in order to take a quick nap. Well, I did take a quick nap...I was in peace, napping, until Andy started to flick my nose and my hair. Damn he's so annoying I thought in my head.

"common Andy, stop!" I sighed as he kept flicking my nose.

"my lap, my rules" he replied me laughing. I just grumbled and sat up feigning being angry.

"how about we play 'never have I' game" Marcus said.

"cool, nice idea" we all answered.

Soon, we were all seated on the floor in a circular shape. Andy was by my right-hand side, while Brian was by my left-hand side. I shifted so close to Andy that I almost believed that there was no more space between us while Brian was enjoying the site of me panicking about his closeness with his devious look and smirk playing on his lips.

"Oh! Lord, help me" I said to myself.

Marcus brought a bottle of alcohol and six glass cups, setting it right in the middle of all of us.

“so, who’s going first?” Lewis asked.

“I will” Marcus answered. “never have I ever been sunburnt that I couldn’t wear a shirt” he added.

Andy poured the a little out of the liquor and took a sip while whilst eyeing me angrily.

“seems like there’s a story here” Sylva said.

“certainly, Jasmine here is a devious human being” Andy replied him as he glared at me. She poured out my bottle of sunburn and replaced it for her regular lotion when we went for a vacation to Miami with my family with her. She said she did it as pay back for ruining her hair with green dye.

“what! You ruined my hair” I replied him with a shrug.” serves you right dear” I added with a grin.

“okay! My turn” Andy said. “never have I ever being electrocuted” he added.

I reached for my glass, poured a little alcohol and took a sip. Honestly, I know at my age, I’m not legally allowed to drink but hey! For the record, I’m almost of legal age.

“well, I got electrocuted when I was using my silk-press, I knew it had some technical faults but I still insisted on using it” I said.

“ha! I’m the one who messed with it” Andy replied laughing wholeheartedly.

“now I know” I replied grossly. “never have I ever gone vegan”.

Lewis took a sip of liquor saying” hey! Just wanted to try it…but never again, meat forever”.

We all erupted with laughter.

“yada, yada, yada…laugh all you want” he added.

“so, it’s my turn” he said. “never have I ever kissed a stranger” he added.

Marcus took a drink saying “it was a sophomore year; I and my squad back then were hanging out at pizzeria mozza at 641 N highland AVE. Well, we were up for a game of truth or dare. My dare was to kiss a random stranger…lucky for me, she was a repulsive one, I would have ended up with a slap.

“boys! Very typical of them” I thought out loud. Brian just turned towards me and smirked. ‘God knows whatever crazy thing he must be thinking’ I thought.

“never have I ever gotten stitches” Marcus said.

Well, I and Brian took a drink and kept quiet.

“Do you two care to talk about it?” Lewis asked.

“I don’t really want to “I said in a shrug.

“same here” Brian added.

“never have I ever jumped of a roof” I said.

Andy, Marcus and Lewis took a gulp.

“We all were pulling a stunt” Lewis said.

“it turned out that we were kinda stupid” Andy added.

“certainly” Marcus concluded.

“never have I ever danced in an elevator” Lewis said.

“I have, I do that a lot” I said as I took a gulp out of my glass.

“Emm Jazz. I don’t think you should be drinking that much” Andy whispered in my ears.

“ooh! Please, I haven’t been drinking that much” I replied with a shrug.

“I believe you’re getting slightly tipsy Jazz and you’re underage stupid” he replied me.

“you’re right, I think I should stop…Naaah” I replied again.

“Oh Jazz” he replied in a sigh.

“Ok! My turn” I said sounding drunk. “never have I ever kissed a girl” I added.

Andy’s POV

I watched Jazz as she was losing it slowly, probably the first time she’s ever drinking. I think I should have opposed this game stuff.

Immediately she asked her last question, I noticed Brian face wear a smirk… I got alert at that moment. He may be the whole smart-ass person; it doesn’t mean he’s an angel! he may be quite dangerous, a player at that…even more harmful to her.

He immediately slid towards her saying “maybe I have, maybe I haven’t…I’m not really sure” whilst coming closer to her face. “why not make my doubt true” he said at the same time bringing his lips close to her ear nibbling it. She shivered by his actions.

” what do you think you’re doing” she replied in a quivering voice as she struggled to act normal despite the influence of the alcohol on her.

“just a little…” he was saying until I cut in.

“Just take a sip of your drink Brian…seems like you’ve never kissed a girl” I said to him.

“why would you think that” he scoffed as he retreated to his on space and slid his glass back in place without taking a drink.

“okaaay, that was pretty awkward” Lewis said. “so, I’m off to bed” he added.

“yeah! Same here”. Sylva said.

I got up helping Jasmine to stand on her feet. It was already quarter past eight, Marcus was showing us around and assigning a room to each of us.

“Andy and Brian, that’s your room, Sylva and Lewis, that’s your room down the corridor and Jasmine, your room is beside Andy’s room” Marcus said.

“you do realise that Jasmine is really quite not herself right” I said to him. “I’ll just bunk with her instead” I added.

“fine, if that’s ok with her” Marcus.

“uhm, it’s fine” she mumbled.

Once I entered the room, I locked it to avoid any unwanted visitors. I immediately dropped her on the floor.

“ouch, why do you have to throw me on the floor” she whined.

“mtchew” I hissed at her. “didn’t I tell you not to drink a lot?” I added.

“hey! Don’t blame me” she replied shrugging. “I had to be honest, I hadn’t done a lot of what you all asked” she added.

“so? Does it warrant you to drink that much? yeesh Jazz “I asked her angrily.

“common, please I learnt my lesson…just help me up now” she groaned as she struggled to help her self up, but ended up falling back down at the end.

“hmmm, let me think” I replied her pondering about helping her. “Naaah, your punishment is to help yourself up” I replied her with a cheeky grin. “though, I’d love to watch you, but I have to go to your house to get your clothes and books for you” I added as I left the room.

“asshole” she yelled as I shut the door.

{now at Jasmine’s house}

I packed a block away from Jasmine’s house, so there won’t be any course for alert. I didn’t want her mum nor her dad asking me too many questions about where we are nor where she’s at…I may blow it.

I sat in the car, thinking how I’d get into her house without anyone knowing. I remembered she had a back window, and there was a tree that grew up straight towards her window.

I climbed the tree and thank goodness; her window wasn’t hooked. I went to her wardrobe, picked one of those her loose crazy jeans, her pink crop top, her jeans jacket or whatever she calls them…she calls them denim jackets, I think. I went over to her shoe collection, I picked up a pink canvas…gosh this girl is pretty organised.

As I hurried towards the window to get back down, I remembered I hadn’t sorted her books out, I turned back to search for her bag pack. ‘finally, found it’ I said to myself. I saw it close to her bed and damn was it heavy. I wrapped her clothes together, stuffed it into her bag pack. I wore her bag on my back and struggled to come down with her shoe in one hand and a heavy bag on my back. I finally reached the floor, went to my car, dumped everything and zoomed away.

[back at Marcus house]

As I was walking back to I and Jasmine’s room, I met Brian coming out of our room. I tugged his shoulder in order to drag his attention, and gave him the warning eye.

“what were you doing in there with her?” I asked him.

“nothing really, I just heard her trying to help herself up…so I decided to come in and help” he replied while palming his hands up in defence.

“alright then, scoot” I said still looking at him suspiciously.

As I came into the room, I met Jasmine sound asleep…she looked so adorable. I adjusted the covers upward to her chest and retreated to the other side of the bed get a goodnight’s sleep.

‘dang it, I forgot to switch off the lights’ I said to myself as I palmed my face.

I struggled to get up after much persistence to, switched off the light and the lamp on the cupboard.
