Ryan Tyler is an ill-mannered immature person  who always gets what he wants. He is so arrogant and has a cold heart. During summer break he got into an accident and he wasn't able to walk again. His two best friends Scott and Douglas never left his side. 


Aurora an African-American woman is the opposite of Ryan. She is so kind with a warm heart  and an angelic voice. She is so insecure about her body because everyone calls her "fatty". She is an introvert who enjoys her own company and music. She is raised by a junkie as a mother and her  brother Jeffrey. Her life isn't perfect. She struggles to become a star in the music industry.

I didn't know what to tell her. "Hello? Aurora are you still there?" She asked me. "Uh..the day after tomorrow. I'll see you the day after tomorrow." I finally said. "Okay. Great! Looking forward to the day." She said that and hanged up. I cried. I don't know if they were tears of joy or tears of sadness. 


I felt cold. I opened my eyes and it was dark outside and the windows were still open. I got up from the sofa and locked the windows. It was almost 7pm. How did I sleep that long? I went to my room and showered then went to the kitchen and prepared dinner. As I finished preparing dinner Jeffrey walked in. "Jeff! Jeff...I am so sorry about earlier. Please forgive me." I begged him. He looked at me and walked to his room. Oh God! He is now not talking to me. I sat and ate my pasta in silence then I decided to watch Trinkets on Netflix.
