Babe Devans is new in town, she doesn't really struggle to fit in. She is a senior at Cold Waters High. She lives with her father after her parents got divorced,she has an older brother Tony, whom is in his early twenties but is still living with them.
On getting to school she meets a boy, scratch that a total bad boy, they fall deeply for each other but they have problems figuring that out.

Not So Good With Bad Boys

I woke up on the other side of the bed. It was a beautiful Saturday morning, birds chirping in sweet harmony, I was happy until i heard a knock on the door, 


"Babe are you there?", i heard my brother say from the other side of the door, 


"No, i got kidnapped by aliens" i said sarcastically, 


"That was a lame one Babe" he said dryly. I do admit it was kinda lame but it doesnt mean he should say that. 


"Im coming in" he said opening the door. I stood up and got some clothes out of my closet, a short purple dress and my fav boots. 


"Where are you going?" he asked sitting on my bed, "wow your room is gigantic", Tony said with wide eyes. 


"None of ya business, besides dont flatter yourself, its the same size as yours", i said kinda coldly. 


"Just call", he stood up, pecked my forehead and left. I took a deep breath; i have no idea where im going.

I see a sign board 'DREAM LAND ICE-CREAM', i forgot to mention how much i love ice-cream. I entered and went to the counter. 


"Good morning, are you new?" the counter girl asked me, she is about my age but a little taller. 


"Yeah, how'd you know?, I'm Babe" i brought out my hand to shake her, she shook my hand back and said, 


"Ok, Kylie, i'll take mint ice-cream please". 


A few minutes later, a guy walks in, also around my age, perfect eyes, perfect noes, perfect lips, perfect everything, his girlfriend is lucky. 


"Hmmm, you done checking me out?" a cool voice interrupted my thoughts, 


"Me" i said pointing at my chest "never", okay maybe i was checking him out a little, scratch that, a lot. 


"Yeah, totally checking me out, you were literally drooling" did he just say that, i was so embarrassed, whenever im embarrassed, my cheeks always turn red, so people always think im blushing, i also got that from my mum. 


"Maybe i was, maybe i wasnt" i said looking at his face, man was it beautiful. 


"You got a little red over there" he said pointing at my cheeks, i immediately looked down. There was a few minutes of silence before Kylie cleared her throat, 


"I'll have what she's having" Justin replied giving me a smirk. 


"Mint ice-cream?", Kylie asked with wide eyes, 


"Seriously..." I think he was requesting for my name, I'm so not telling him 


"Babe", Kylie blurted out, I looked at her annoyed then she mouthed "sorry". 


"Babe, mint ice-cream, that's just disgusting" he said, 


"Well I didn't ask you to take it" it was my turn to smirk. 


He looked at Kylie,"I'll have my normal", 


"One vanilla an' coffee ice-cream comin' up", Kylie said. 


"You're new right?", Justin asked as Kylie went to the store for refills. 


"Yeah, seems like Kylie and you know everyone in this town", 


"Its a pretty small town, and I go to the best high school in town, Cold Water High", thats the school I'm meant to go to. 


"Cool, I'm going there", I blurted out by mistake, damn girl shut your mouth. 


"Yeah, I guess" now i've gotta ditch him. I was a cheerleader at my other school, the popularity was great but I'm not ready for that yet, scratch that, at all.
