Chapter Fourteen

When I woke up again it was already mid evening, my second day in this little getaway. I wasn't really enjoying it since I felt sick. I pushed the blanket off my body, turning to look at the clock on the wall as it loud ticking resounded in my ears. The house was so quiet that I could hear echoes of the birds chirping. I stood up, setting my feet on the comfy slippers that was beside the bed, my nightgown had been soaked with tears and sweat. I pulled it off my body, walked into the bathroom for a hot shower. I watched as smoke formed above my head and everywhere. I thought of what happened yesterday, how I fainted in the bathroom and how Morningstar saw my nakedness. This thought made me blush, feeling deeply embarrassed. I wondered what he was doing, with that I took my shower quickly, getting off the bathroom and putting on my clothes in search of Morningstar. I walked down the stairs and noticed someone sitting outside on the patio, this made me smile as the image was beautiful. I opened the door and sat down looking at the deep blue lake.

Morningstar turned his head to me, shaking his head slightly. He leaned over to me, gently biting and sucking my lips as if it was my punishment for that day but his eyes showed me the truth almost as if he was sorry but for what I did wonder. Later in the future I would come to understand what that look was all about.

“Did you get enough rest” He asked tucking my hair behind my ears.

I shakes my head “Yes”

“This lake was the first thing that drew me to this property and I knew that I had to get it.”

“It's beautiful, not just this but everything”

“Yeah”

“I want to take you into town today”

“Oh ” I replied not knowing how I felt about meeting alot of people”

“ There is a trade Fair going on, I would love it, if you could join me, so Miss Eleven could you please join me-” He asked with that smile I loved alot and I couldn't say no.

“Sure”

I ran up the stairs, feeling excited about going into town with everything going on around me these days, today felt normal. I opened my suitcase and brought out my lilac short skirt and white top. I wore them, wearing my long white socks and canvas to go. I was so happy that I brought the canvas with me. I locked at myself of the mirror and I looked good. My anklet chain was hidden under my socks. I felt for it and felt safe when my hands touched the cold chain.

I wore a gold necklace I got off a thrift shop, my curls were wild and refused to stay down. I touched my hair. It felt great. I smiled widely, grinning from ear to ear.

I ran down the stairs,my heart beating very fast.

“Morningstar. Babe ” I shouted loudly, running outside. I looked around but I couldn't find him and for a moment I felt lost.

“I'm here Eleven, I got you” He said coming out from nowhere, hugging me tightly.

“I was scared, I thought I was alone”

“You're not, I'm always going to be here for you”

“Can we go now” I said, the previous fear abandoned.

We drove into Down and reached the trade Fair.

It was really busy and bubbly. Everything looked lovely. This got me excited and I got down from the car quickly really excited to see more.

I moved to where jewelries were sold, I picked up an old bracelet and wore it. Shaking my hands to hear the sound, it got a smile out of me.

“Do you like it” The seller asked smiling gently.

“Yes ” I nodded my head like a child.

“Then it yours” The man smiled at me leaving me surprised because it was just so unusual.

“Thank you so much Good sir” I said grinning happily

I walked back to the stall Morningstar was, smiling like a fool.

“What did you get” He asked looking at the bracelet that I was shaking like a little child.

“ This old bracelet and I got it for free. can you believe it” I asked

“ what else do you want” Morningstar asked with a caring look on his face

“Let"s play a little bit then go back home”

“So early, don't you want to see things, you haven't been outside for some time”

“Yes but I want to spend more time with you”

“Me too, Me too” He said with a smile that I couldn't comprehend.
