One day Emma Ray went through a wooden door. And she found herself in a new world full of mindnumbing adventures. But the fact of the matter is, however great the new world might be, it's not so fun to get kidnapped.  Or get a homesickness. Thankfully Emma meets great friends on her way, who are ready to follow her to the end of the Earth. At least one of the Earths. Will Emma ever be able to return home? Or would she rather make new home in the new world?

The Fog

 Emma woke up in the middle of the night. Or at least she thought it was the middle of the night as it was pitch dark around her. She still could feel pain at the back of her head and when she tried to put her hand on the painful place she suddenly realized that her arms were tied to the chair. As well as her legs. 


 All she could remember from the last day (or whenever she fell unconscious) were the pair of green eyes. Emma felt fear rising up inside her and she felt sick because of it. 


 Where was she? Who took her? Emma didn’t have any answers. 


 As her eyes adjusted to the darkness she understood that it wasn’t as dark as it seemed at first. Somewhere behind her must be a window because she could see a weak light coming from that direction. And with her peripheral vision she noticed a staircase to her left. So it’s some kind of a basement, Emma thought.
