Dwarf Race

Dwarf- A race of short tempered, short legged, short, heightened people. They also have a knack for alcoholic consumption and blacksmithing. Most people of this race seem to have beards. Even some of the women.

+Gain: Skill, Dwarf Smithing (Lv.1/5) (Support)- A variation of blacksmithing with more profound effects on the sharpness and durability of tools and weaponry. This technique developed by Dwarfs is also one of the few methods to properly process Mithril, Uru, and Vibranium. Gain +2 ING per level of this skill when attempting to blacksmith.

+Gain: Perk, Dwarf's Spite- Lowers the effectiveness of CHA boosts when people are looking for discounts from your stores. Lower's antagonistic bargainer's CHA by -5.
