Bubblegum skies,
I see bubblegum skies.
Teeming with life ,
When I've been given lies.
Blue should inclose my view,
Revoking my gorgeous sky view.
Faded from the rain,
Which fell after the truth.
But I see bubblegum skies,
I see those bubblegum skies.
Blossoming with pink petals
As healing time does fly.
No clouds do I ever see,
Storm clouds I cannot see.
Storms do pass over
As I gallavant carefree.
Bubblegum skies,
I see bubblegum skies.
Teeming with laughter;
Sensation impulsing rise.
Rain should cover my skin,
Raining across my velvet skin .
Not for a shield of optimism
Bound by my valiant grin.
I see bubblegum skies,
I do see those bubblegum skies.
Shrouding the light
With blushing reprise.
The rose covers the lies,
The rose does cover the lies,
And what truths could be held
Across bubblegum skies.
