third day of kidnapping S.E. "TOO LATE"

HAYASHI POV

it's been a day sense I've seen my sister Y/N in pain I couldn't handle it! It hurt me so bad seeing her in pain even though I hate her! It hurt me so much! I saw that most of her scars somehow healed but she had still so many. Today I think I'm going to go to an he police to get her to safety and that guy in prison.

Y/N POV

I woke up today by myself of not in pain which is good I decide to check my camera to see what time it is. 5:06 AM "5:06?!" I thought. I might as well record a little bit yesterday was terrible my brother came in here and did nothing to help me! I couldn't believe it! He even shot me in the leg then laughed! I can't believe it still but anyway I'm gonna record. "HEY uh if your seeing this it either means that your my abductor and found this camera I've hidden or youve came and rescued me anyway yesterday was terrible and I think today will be terrible too. Yesterday I woke up to my ubductor shoot my arm! Then I saw my brother! I thought he was here to save me but he shot my leg and laughed at me in pain! I can't believe it! Anyway I hope I survive another day and get out of here before he kills me. Bye!" Done I'm so scared of what my abductor is going to do today.

3 hours later

I'm still awake and hear my abductor coming down here the door unlocks I sit up to let him know I'm awake. "Aww you think showing your awake is going to save you from the mornings shooting? NO!" BANG BANG BANG "AHHH!!" it hurt so bad he shot my stomach and my shoulder. I hope the police come here to save me. THWUNG what the?!He threw a knife at my arm! "Hmm looks like I missed.." Hes coming closer with a knife. . "AAHH" he is stabbing my arm! "AHHH PLEASE STOP I'M SORRY OWWWW AHHH IT HURTS MY ARM AHH" he was cutting into my arm and is blocking out my screams from his ears!

15 minutes later

I built enough courage to ask him "Hey uh can I at least change my clothes?" " hmm sure why not" he said yes! I quickly crawl to the basket that has me outfit in it. A red shirt with a white cross on it a black skirt and long black stockings! I put them all on by I see one more thing in the basket. two black hair tie bows! I put them in my hair. I have pigtails. I dont see why he let me change.

HAYASHI POV

I go to the police station to tell them that my sister's been missing for 3 days and I think I know where she is. They ask what she looks like and I tell them she has black hair blue eyes and the last thing I saw her was ing was a black shirt and pants.I give them the address and they say they will go there.

Y/N POV

I look at the door waiting when it's going to be my 2nd beating of the day.I see my abductor walk in I guessed it was time for my beating. He took a gun pointed it at my stomach and shot the gun 3 times then he shot my hand once then he shot my thighs. My abductor walks away I feel so much pain in my stomach,hands and thighs. I leaned against a wall feeling my blood spill out of my body. I had no more bandages. I couldn't wrap my wounds anymore. I just layed there in pain. I slowly closed my eyes hoping I would escape once I woke up.

3RD PERSON POV

You woke up to the sounds of sirens. "The police are here!" You thought in excitement. You hear instinctive conversations but only make out a little bit of what they said.

"Okay officers we have gotten this far thanks to the brother were not going to fail I want a team go upstairs and a team downstairs. Remember;

were here for the girl and her kidnapper, now GO GO GO!"

You were determined to get them to know you were down in the basement so you started screaming "I'M DOWN HERE! IN THE BASEMENT!! HELP ME PLEASE!!" You hear them open up a door and can hear them from the other side of the door you were behind.

You hear them beating on the door trying to knock it down . You back up not wanting to turn into a pancake thanks to the door. You back up backwards not taking your eyes off the door.

The door was busted open you run up the stairs seeing officers.

Y/N POV

I see the police at the door that was busted open and I run up the stairs. "Officers! Thank goodness you're here! I thought I was gonna die! Thank you for saving me!"

3RD PERSON POV

When I'm met with my own body...

It's my body. It's me. My lifeless body. I saw a police officer shake my body trying to get a response but he didn't get one. Because I was dead.

I watch as the police officers try to get a response from me checking my heartbeat. Checking my pulse. They never got a response from me and the pronounced me dead. A 15 year old girls life cut short due to a 16 year old boy who loved her so much he killed her.

POLICE OFFICER POV

I hear dispatch call all units to a house. A 15 year old girl reported missing by her brother and he thinks she's at ******** I check what street I'm on and I'm on the same one. I go down the road looking for the house. I find it tons of other police card are already here at the house. me and a team walk in as we go down the stairs we to cold. We see the 15 year old.the 15 year old is leaning up against the wall blood all around her we look for a shooter and find him upstairs hiding in his room. I g go cuff him and hand him over to another officer and I immediately go back to the girl she had multiple shots in the stomach shots to her legs arms and one to the mouth.I look into her eyes. They were lifeless. They lost their sparkle. she also had cuts all over her body and when I check her back I'm horrified to see BITCH carved into her back there's no way this WASN'T a homicide. I check her heartbeat. I can't find it I check for her pulse. She has no pulse she was dead. . I can't believe I have to break the news to her brother.

Hayashi POV

I pace back and forth near the door. I hear a car and then the door I immediately open the door waiting to see my baby sister. She's not there. Just two officers. I ask them "where's Y/N?" One of them walks away. " I'm sorry to inform you sir-" one of the police officers start "I'm sorry to I form you that Y/N has been murdered." I fall to my knees tears flow to my eyes and I start to rub saying " no no no she can't be no no she no NO NO NOOOO!!!!! " I can't open my eyes it hurts my body it hurts so bad it I can't handle it I can't stop crying "SHE'S SUPPOSED TO BE HERE HUGGING ME SAYING I'M HAPPY TO BE HOME I MISSED YOU I WAS SO SCARED I'M HAPPY TO BE HOME. SHE'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE.GONE TO BE DEAD SHE CAN'T BE NOOO!" I can't stop crying it hurts so bad the last time I saw my sister I shot her I told myself I hated her so I believed it.and now I can't say sorry. " YOU WERE TOO LATE!" I screamed at the police officers.

Y/N POV

I finally find my way back to my house so I can come home to see my brother on his knees bawling his eyes out screaming "No No no she can't be she can't be gone!" I realize he's talking about me. I realize that I guess not everyone gets a happy ending..

POLICE OFFICER POV

I go in to the autopsy to see what Y/N's cause of death was and I'm shocked to see that she died due to blood loss. I was shocked because we rarely ever get a case where the victim dies of blood loss. I interviewed the man who was in the house with the victim. He told me all about how he tortured her and starved her and woke her up to stabbing or shooting her. She had it horrible. He said that her brother was there so he was an accomplice with the murder.

I interviewed the brother and he admits to being an accomplice. I arrest him and take him into custody. I listened to the man's confession of the murder of Y/N L/N.

"What did you do to her on the first day?"

" I shot her. "

"You shot her?"

" Yes"

"How many times?"

" a lot. "

"Can you give me an estimate?"

" 7 times. "

" Yes"

"Why?"

" ... I guess I just loved her so much and i did so much to make her mine and she was scared of me so. "

"Mhm because let time I checked when I looked at her I could see her ribs. She was not fat she was a very unhealthy skinny."

So he did he told me all the horrible things he did to Y/N How many times she shot her when he did. When she was screaming for someone to help her but nobody did. He told me when he cut her she had pure fear and hurt in her eyes. And how her brother was there so he was an accomplice.

When I got to the brothers house he was crying.I told him that he was under arrest for the murder of Y/N L/N

And that he had the right to remain silent. Her brother got 28 years and tamayaki was sentenced to 98 years.

Guys this is serious now I originally made this thinking this is gonna have a happy ending ONE ending but instead I made it two endings while making this part I tried SO HARD no to CRY.
