Live in the moment

She standing right infront of him.Wearing a bright blue blouse,with a black dark jeans.The lips that covered by a bright red lipstick,cracked a small smile to him.Its been about fifthteen minutes Tom stare at her,didn't even say a word.She in the other hand felt awkward by the current situation,kept asking for another cup of tea from Robert.

"What's wrong with them?"Rupert whisper to Daniel,make him stop playing his phone,and turn to saw two people standing  awkwardly to each other.

"I don't know."They kept staring to that pair but finally gave up and keep their focus back to their phone.

Robert sit on the chair,resting his hand on the wooden table.He understand that Tom is probably didn't remember Emma,he want to explain it to him but he doesn't have enough courage to interupt them.So he let them be like that and sip some tea.

Emma let out a deep sigh.She can't stand this awkwardness anymore.She turn her face,facing Robert who is cracking a smile for her.Emma reply his smile and ignore Tom's gaze.Suddenly she felt someone grabbing her hand,dragging her to the upstair.

Robert stunned by Tom sudden action,but he let him.Maybe Tom need some time alone with Emma.Anyways,Emma is his girlfriend.Who even care?

Tom push Emma inside his room and lock the door.He then turn Emma around,so she can face him.She couldn't even look him,so she avoid his gaze and stand coldly looking at his shirt.

Tom let out a deep sigh,before pulling Emma into a hug,tightly.Emma shocked at first,but she hug him back.A smile curled on her lips.She felt something wet on her shoulder.She pull away from the hug and saw Tom's eyes now full of tears.She hold his face and wipe the tears carefully with her thumbs.Tom hug her again and they stay like that for a while.Without her concius,she let out a happy tears.

He finally can catch his breath,he pull away and stare at Emma's brown eyes.He did the same thing,wiping Emma's tears out of her face.

"God,I've missed you."His lips curled into a smile as they sit down on his bed.Emma just nodded in agreement.

"I thought you were..you were gone."He said,holding his tears.Emma's eyes widen when heard Tom's words.

"It should be me who sayin' that!look who is talking.A person who haven't wake up for  a week!"Emma's eyes cover with tears again."You have no idea how I felt when I've got a call from Robert,saying you are in comma.Hearing you drowned on a lake!"She buried her head on Tom's chest.Tom in the other hand,didn't understand what happen.Did he really die that day?

Tom look at Emma with confusion on her mind.She then take Tom's hand on her and rubbing it softly.

"Promise me,never leave me again,Tom"She said,begging to Tom.Tom just nodded,still confuse about the situation.He wrapped his arm around her shoulder,tightening the hug.

"I promise,darling"He kiss her forehead.He can't bear seing Emma crying.He don't know anything but he want to be with her.

Emma gives him a smile.She pull away from the hug,stands up,with her hands on his.She pull him and lead him out the room.

"They must be waiting for us."Tom lips cracked into a smile.He nodded in agreement.Whatever just happened,he didn't want it to end.He thought this as a second chance,to live his life.Better this time.

They head downstair and found Robert playing Truth Or Dare game with Rupert and Daniel.They joined them,having the bright night after all.Tom savour this moment and forget everything else,just live in the moment.
