Cypher watched as the door was opened before Gallow could even reach it, the light from the crowning sun flooding into the carriage and the sight of Tyr was carried with it; Cypher felt his lips curl into a grin, and his nose started to fill with the smell of decay. Tyr spoke to Gallow, asking for him to move, and as Gallow returned to his seat, Cypher could now see that Tyr's clothing seemed to change. The Chainmail seemed to be in even worse condition than before, and now his shirt was stitched together somewhat haphazardly with several slits marking the sleeves and chest. The sleeves themselves look much shorter and less cleanly cut. Tyr walked up the stairs and saw he only had two seating options, either between Cain and Gallow or next to Anna, who was sitting to the left of him. It seemed the decision was easy; Tyr sat down next to Anna.
Everyone seemed at one edge, with Cypher and Tyr being in the same place except for them themselves, and after a while, the last person set to travel with them arrived; the woman that entered was almost a head taller than Cypher, almost taller than Gallow. She had broad shoulders and a stronger chin than Tyr; the women looked more masculine than feminine, and it seemed like everyone, but Anna was either bothered or amused by this, and Cypher couldn't tell where he fell. Though the subtle changes in Cain and Gallows faces showed where they decided their interests lie, the women took her to set in between Gallow and Cain. Their subtleties now became blatant, and Cypher had to try his best to hold back a laugh; the smell of decay faded from his nose, and now it seemed Anna seemed incapable of not speaking with women. The woman had closed the door behind her, and the carriage started on its way, "Wow, how did you manage to get so big? You're even bigger than Gallow!"
Anna's comment made it impossible for Cypher to hide his smile, and it seemed Cain was close behind, though Gallow, being the most physically imposing, didn't take kindly to her words. The woman raises her head in a slow manner showing her stoic features to Anna, "What do you mean?" After the women spoke, Cypher made the mistake of looking up; he saw Gallow look as small as Cypher next to her; Gallow tended to slouch when he sat down, and the women did the exact opposite, which made her look massively taller. Cypher, throughout the year, only grew to about five-eight and now was the same height as Cain was when he first met him. Though now Cain seemed to be around six foot, Gallow, on the other hand, was around six foot three, and the sight of his women dwarfing him proved too much. Cain and Cypher both started quickly laughing to themselves, still trying to put restraints on their voices. Cypher's weakened body ached as he laughed, but he couldn't stop himself, "You look like you're physically stronger than everyone else here!" At Anna's statement, the laughter died down, the insult hit Cain expected, but Cypher still wasn't okay with his pride being sold off so quickly.
"I guess I'm just better than them," at that point, the laughter stopped in its entirety. "Though that is not saying much when it comes to these boys." The women smiled and laughed with Anna, both had seemed to make quick friends, but every male seemed to hate everything women stood for, and some of that anger was placed on even Anna herself. Cypher thought her a second that there was a high chance that she was stronger than him in every facet, at least right now, though he didn't question that when it came to raw strength that Gallow and Cain could outdo her; but Tyr was another story, Cypher glanced towards Tyr to see how he was reacting only to find Tyr long since asleep with no cares in the world. The sight confused Cypher until he felt his fatigue starting to set in; Cypher looked away from him and tried to focus on the two women speaking back and forth. Still, eventually, he willingly gave up trying and just decided to give in to his needed rest.
Cypher awoke hours later and felt the usual weakness in his body; he lay still for almost half an hour waiting for his body and mind to regain consciousness fully; when he finally has the strength to open his eyes, he notices the carriage is empty except for the massive women and Tyr both of whom were still asleep. Cypher stretched, an action recently made available for him until he felt every joint, muscle, and whatever else in his body release all its tension. Afterward, he took a minute to let his body adjust, then stood and took the single step needed to reach the door; pushing it open, he noticed that the sun had already set, and it seemed like the carriages decided to stop and build some bonfire and make the rest of the trip later. Cypher sighed and made his way out of the Carriage heading towards the fire, circling the controlled burn where multiple logs cut up and used as seats; there were numerous different carcasses laid out and already prepared. People walked to and from the makeshift wooden table to grab slabs of meat and roast them over the fire, Cypher let himself breathe in the smell of burning wood and cooking meat to see how his body would react, and it didn't take long for it to decide it was hungry.
Cypher walked towards the wooden table and noticed a deer's head resting on it, almost as an indicator of the meat. The man noticed Cypher before he managed to get close enough to him to ask for a slab of the deer's flesh and handed him a thick wooden stick with several folds of meat and different wild vegetables already set up. The brown-haired man didn't look that much older than him, "Nice to see you again, Cypher." The man smiled as Cypher paused and looked at him, trying his best to remember him, it took him a while, but eventually, Cypher recognized the man as the healer of the legions he and Gallow fought. The names escaped him, but the male's face now became recognizable, "Oh, hi." Cypher walked up to the an and reached out, grabbing the offering, "How have you been?" Cypher looked at the man and was confused by his questioning but decided to answer him regardless, "I've been fine." The man looked at Cypher in surprise and quickly responded, "Really? I thought you were dead after that fight five months ago, especially since no one has seen you since."
Cypher nodded his head, "Recovering took longer than I like to admit." The male nodded and decided that he didn't want to question Cypher too much about anything and just bid him farewell, "Oh, and it takes around fifteen to twenty minutes to cook all the way through." Cypher smiled at the man thanking him, and walked towards the fire, looking for his legion. It didn't take long for him to locate them though surprisingly enough, they were all grouped together and by themselves; Cain wasn't off gambling somewhere, and it shocked Cypher, But the strangest thing was the mutilated boar bleeding out next to Gallow.
The boar as its entire neck blew out from what seemed like a lightning strike, and the scorch marks on its little flesh left around the area confirmed this. Cypher squinted his eyes and continued his way forwards; he managed to sit down on the log without them noticing him; once he rested on the log, they all turned to face him and seemed to welcome his presence. "You're finally up." Anna was the first to speak, and Cypher just nodded his head at her words. "Let me see yours." Cain reached out his hand seemly for his stick of which Cypher gave without much hesitation; Cain tore premade strips of the wild boar onto the kabob and placed it near the fire himself for it to cook.
Cypher started at Cain as he did this though he didn't see a need to ask questions; the hissing from the already cooking meats acted as a signal for his stomach to start begging to be fed; he ignored it, waiting on his own to be finished. Though, Anna seemed to take notice of this and grabbed one of the few that appeared to have been claimed by her and offered it to Cypher. He looked down at Anna and took the offer while making sure to thank her, the flesh of the beast held a uniquely robust, nutty, rich flavor that Cypher wasn't custom to but didn't reject. He and his legion sat in relative silence, but before long, Cypher managed to think of a worthy question to ask, "How are you planning on progressing over the break?" Each member of his legion turned towards him, but each showed different emotions.
