chapter 34: these zombies are diffrent form my zombies back home
As Rin woke up he saw neko sleeping next to him,
but her breathing was abnormal and it looked as if she was terrified? she's having a nightmare.
I don't know what to do, should I check to see of she's alright? 'wake her up' sarah said
and just like she said, he gave her a gentle nudge and her eyes jolted open as she was paniced and feral.
she swiped her claws at me, and as she did her claws made three little slashes across my chest and only a little blood came out of it,
but to he honest it just ruined my uniform as her claws went across my skin it felt as if I was scratched by a stick, so no major or visible damage was there.

Her eyes went from feral to shocked as she realised she attacked me, she rushed over and lifted up my shirt to see the three little scratches.
But still a little blood driped down and her face showed she was conserned and a little sad, I patted her head seeing as she was like a kid to me "its okay neko" he said trying to say it was alright.
but Just like a animal cleaning the wound of another, she started to licked the cuts.
[ pain has been nullified for 5 minutes ]
what???. . .that could be useful.
she stoped and gave me a hug before stepping backwards, her face turned indifferent again and she looked at the door.
'huh?...I'm guess we acually are friends, good to know, that makes this easier for us right you two' 'yeah' Rin and Sarah agreed.

as she looked out of the room She touged on my shirt and I followed her out of there.
walking down there we turned to a new hallway and I saw whole bunch of blood covering everywhere unlike the hallway we were on before.
A tear feel down from my left eye as the memory of the bloody forest flashed before me for a second.
Neko stoped and looked at me she was confused, but hen I wiped the tear and we continued.

As we were walking there were four people groaning and growling as they hit the doors, some were more passive but the others were too aggressive,
'Ewwww look at them their so disgusting, why do they look like that' Sarah complained from inside the guardian plain while watching.
Neko and Rin continued walking and as soon as the zombie heard us they turned their heads, [

As soon as they heard neko grunt three of them looked away but the farel one kicked the ground and charged at me.
He was quick and he pounced on me, "get off of me or else" the room started to get colder, Moon was ready to kill if it didn't move.
rule #1 for Moon and that was no second chances thats the sorta person he is and after that he's not responsible.
The zombie went in to devour him but then neko kicked its head making it fall over, she then jumped over me and proceeded to attack the zombie.
she used her claws and swiped at its chest a few time making green blood fly everywhere but then she started to repeadity punch it untill its hard was bashed in and it was dead.
neko you defended me and I will kill for you now.
as it died she stabed her hand trough its head and pulled out a light green beed and ate it,
ooh wait let me see if this is a better way than having her eat people.

as Rin spaced out, one zombie looked at neko with a twinkle on eyes, he finally found his target, and he grinned maliciously as he slowly apoched us.
me and neko looked up, and I saw neko's expression and it was one of pure hatred,
she got in a beast-like stance ready to claw at him and both of them started groaning and growling at eachother.
neko's at a disadvantage, from the looks of it he's more powerful and neko is barely developing intelligence, unlike him who's in at his peaks and is about to brake into stage 1.
I guess I'll help her or else I'm afraid she'll die.
the zombie sprinted at neko, but as it did I started to circulate the mana into my lungs and I raised my hand below my mouth and blew.
using [ice] mana he circulated into his lungs he used
as Rin blew a gust of cold wind came out and the walls slowly developed frost but it wasn't strong enough to freeze or fully slow anything.

'Sarah I though you said this would work' he yelled in his head
'first don't blame me, you are literally a pyromancer, second I'm the cyromancer and then third, Rin's ice magic haven't even reached the first stage and his cultivation is at stage 0 level 1' Sarah nagged back
'not my falt' Rin yelled in the background

The zombie glared it's black and orange eyes at me before continuing its assault.
the zombie quickly got over to us and kicked neko, .making her fly backwards and rolled on the floor.
'Sarah take control' as Sarah took control the darkness shrouded her nails and sharpened into claws.
she punched the the zombie in the stomach with ice shards on her knuckles and swiftly and flexibly twisted herself to severing the zombies arms and tendons.
As this happened the zombie fell and she switched with Moon, moon jumped back and leaned against the wall holding his stomach pretending he was hurt by the zombie.
'Rin that darkness of yours is really hard to use and control, like seriously i couldn't even make a sword' she complained
'haha its easy for me tho' he bragged
this all happened in a few seconds, and as neko got up she saw Rin leaning against a wall holding his stomach which made her became furious.
neko kicked the ground and dashed to the fallen zombie, and as she got closer to him she jumped on him and started bashing his head in.
minutes went by and the growns and yells of the fallen zombie stoped, it was finally dead.
she kept hitting it tho and so I walked next to her and grabbed her sholder.
she looked at me and her eyes showed she was like a feral monster,
also I didn't need to look at her to see the bloodlust was taken over, because I quickly started absorbing it and feeding off of her, but as she looked at me it all started to fade.
damn my meal just sliped by the grasp of my hands.
as it all fadded that ment I was unable to keep feeding 'sigh' whatever.
she jumped up and started to touch my stomach, I smiled at her "im fine, see looked" I backed up and spun in around playfully.

their were two more zombies left alive but as they started walking towards me the stoped meters away as they saw how neko was protecting me and shooting bloodlust in their direction.
neko looked at them and snarled. . .they tuned and walked away.
neko then turned back to me and her face became indifferent again, but she walked towards me and I noticed she limped,
I guess her leg took a beating and also their was a deep cut on that leg too. she didn't seem to mind it so I guess its not that bad, but if it gets worst I'll heal her using "that" method.
[devour] I opened my hand towards the bodies and the both zombie's corpses burned and then turned into two balls of mist, the powerful zombies ball was more condensed and less mist like tho,

and as soon as they hovered over my palm I fused them I then opened my mouth and pointed to it and then pointed to neko's mouth.
she copied me and I fed her the mist ball, she swallowed it and her irus's glew a deep orange glow.

neko tugged my shirt and I started following her again, the limping didn't seem to get worst nor did it get better, but I think whenever we get to another area she should rest.
after all if my travel buddy were to die nor get gravely injured I'd feel pretty bad and want to switch with sarah. . .and she's kinda. . . . . . . .yea no.

they continued to walk for short while they entered a new hallway and they were greeted by more zombies.
all of them walked towards Rin but as soon as they sniffed the air close by him they didn't smell anything good so they ignored him.
Except for one, it continued to walk towards Rin and as soon as it attempted to lunge at him neko grabbed its head and smashed it against the wall killing it instantly.
she then leaned against me in a kinda cute and maybe a little seductive way and then she pointed to her mouth.
"do you want me to feed you that zombie" she used her hand and gestured a little circle and then pointed to her mouth again.
[ devour ] the body turned into a little mist ball and I fed her again.
she doesn't seem to like canabolism, only human fleash she'll accept, but if I can't find that she might go hungry after all this way doesn't of using my devour doesn't fully satisfy hunger much.
a sudden growl came from his stomach and sudden wave of lust hit Rin/Moon.
I don't know if it was the void or just Rin's thirst, but damn fighing against this was a tirening process and I need to rest.
'God damn it, Rin why are you so horny, suprssing this desire is so hard, and so tiring Moon complained.
'not my falt, also it seems as if the chains are fading, give me three days to recupe, untill then control it. . .also it's just because someone stimulated you, usually i don't have to deal with lust. . .its the other one I have to deal with' Rin yelled back at moon while Sarah slept.

neko heard my stomach growl and then dragged me somewhere.
we continued down a few halls and the same thing happened like before, we she continued to change direction and she sniff the air and this time we entered an empty hallway and stoped at classroom door.
she banged on it tring to get it open, but then we heard a soft scream of a female and then "shut up it might hear you" a voice wispered.
Rin immeaditly shirked in a plotting and vile way as he gave instructions to Moon.
neko looked at him and the door expecting him to open it,
I reached for the nob and the door opened.
inside the room was a guy and a girl in a corner whose cloths barely on and their hair was roughed up and they were trembling.
sitting on a table was another girl with two guys on each side of her with a fighting stance.
as soon as they saw me enter they let their guard down but as soon as neko followed me in, the girl sitting on the table saw neko and yelled "watch out!"
once neko saw the humans she swiftly dashed at them, but then as she did I stoped her.
once she was next to me I grabbed her waist and pulled her next to me, as I did this she immedatly stoped her assault and looked at me confused.
the two in the corner were about the scream and the guys got in a fighting stance but then all 5 of the human's froze at this sight of this.
I pointed at my mouth and gestured me speaking with them and she just stared at me.

but then she leaned against me relaxing herself like I was her pillow.
'yo Moon this is your chance to extract info and seeing how neko dosen't mind it right now, take this opretunity to be neutral, also you know what happened to the two in the corner from the looks of it, your not that stupid, so if you wanna play good guy save them and kill the others when they loose their "use" ' Rin said taking the neutral approach which was the bad one.
to be honest sarah knew she should of took over and "cough-cough" to the strongest ones, filling herself up for both hunger and mana and useing them as sex-slaves or just in general feeding sources untill they left this place.
the three was speechless and the two in the corner trembling,
"hello their my name is Rin and this is my lovely friend neko" I said smiled at them.
one of the guys eye lit up and he spoke " you tamed one of those freaks!...how!?" neko glared at him and groaned,
as soon as she did the three took a step back and the guy who spoke fell onto his but, neko was giving him a death stare and his life flashed infront of his eyes.
Rin frowned as he heard those words, and he looked at neko who became annoyed by that human, and this was now the second time Moon actually had gotten serious
"how dare you call my neko a freak, now if you wish to keep your life watch your tongue or I'll kill you myself" my eyes meet with his and a shiver went down all of their spines as my eyes suddenly glew a dark green light.
the girl between the boys steped forward "how can you freely be around one of those fra-... z-zombies, even if you tamed one aren't you afraid of getting infected and turning into one like her" she said cautious of her words.
"infected? what are you talking about?" 'zombies can't infect people, thats not how it works'
"zombies are infectious and can turn people into them" she said stating it like it was obvious and looking at him like he was stupid
as she was talking neko seemed to dislike the human's even more and she was now getting annoyed and impatient, but I started to rub her head and she calmed down quickly.
[ influence ] can you explain to me eveything you know about what happened in the last 8 days. she obediently spoke and I got a full picture of what happened
"so I guess zombies on this world are similar to the zombie's in mine" all four of their eyes lit up as they heard what Rin said well except the one who was talking.
