After a brief moment of surprise, Lu Weixi quickly calmed down. Thankfully, she had already contemplated the idea of living separately, which didn't seem very mature to her. But she was indeed tired of humoring Qin Zhiyou with a smiling face.


Qin Zhiyou had his principles, not wanting her encroaching too far into his territory. Was she supposed to just wait around at home all the time?


Qin Zhiyou watched as she turned away, went to the nearby bar, picked up a bottle of water, opened it, thoroughly cleaned a glass, and poured the water into it. Throughout the entire process, she didn't glance at him once, nor did she talk to him.


Only after she finished her water did she turn her head, looking unperturbed, "Sorry, I'm not in the mood today."


Her expression was still cold, but her body had already unconsciously started to retreat slightly -- not out of fear, but simply because she didn't wish to interact with him.
