"I have no mental burden," Ye Xingbei said with a slight smile. "Discovering just this minor issue, everything else is fine; I'm already very satisfied."
She clasped Gu Junzhu's hand tightly and looked at him, "I will keep an eye on his health and make sure he recovers well."
"That's good," the doctor said. "These are all the results we've got for now. Other tests will come back in two days, some in three, but they're not serious issues; most people are fine. Don't stress over it."
"Okay, we won't be stressed," Ye Xingbei, holding onto Gu Junzhu's hand, stood up and looked at him sideways, "Is there anything else? If not, shall we head back?"
"Mhm," Gu Junzhu replied. "Nothing else."
They bid farewell to the doctor and left the hospital.
In the car, the atmosphere was much heavier than usual.
Ye Xingbei held Gu Junzhu's hand and snuggled into his embrace, tilting her face up to look at him.
