The trip was arduous. Not only did they have to avoid zombies flinging themselves onto the roof of the car, but they also had to worry about where their campsite would be. Luckily, the surrounding land around them was mostly desert.
The terrain was flat with nothing to bump onto or into. Seeing incoming zombies was a piece of cake, and running past them was even easier. Killing random zombies on the spot was rather easy as well. After all, everyone knew how to hit something with another something.
"That one went down quite easy," Jessica muttered as she placed the bat onto her shoulders. She blew out a sigh and leaned her weight onto her hip as she looked at the zombie below her feet.
Taylor's mouth twitched as she set up the kindle for the fire. "I think you're just inhumanely strong."
