Outside of the banquet hall was a beautiful garden. The palace had at least 3 gardens, each dedicated to one of the pillars of the kingdom. It was too much of a hassle to delve into the history behind each of them, but one thing had to be known, they were all equally beautiful.
Avina walked forth and left the noise behind her. The further she walked, the colder the breeze became until it accumulated into a layer of chill on her skin. Avina reached the middle of the garden and only then did she stop.
Towering over her were hedges with the moonlight acting as her guide. A small bench sat neatly in the middle, and Avina took the opportunity to sit down. The tranquility around her calmed the pulsing in her head. She took a deep breath, feeling the crisp air expanding her lungs.
