Please Don’t Fall In Love 43

Avina watched as Vatoly fanboyed over all the ingredients. It was the same nature as when a fashionista discovered new fashion or how a nerd geeked out over the nerdiest thing. But of course, Vatoly was no fashionista, he was a full-fledged nerd.

"Oh my lord," Vatoly gasped. He lifted up a green vine from inside the bag. "Is this green gossamer?"

Avina didn't provide any insight into Vatoly's findings. She knew as much as the next person who was suddenly teleported into a world that was 100% different from home and was forced to believe that magic does exist in an alternative plane of existence. Which was nothing. She understood nothing about what Vatoly was geeking about.

So, her best route in this situation was silence. She remained passive and occasionally, just occasionally, resembled a statue. Vatoly could care less about the state of his disciple. He didn't need interaction to know he was dealing with rare ingredients.
