Rayon handed the card to the waitress. The waitress took one look at it before her eyes exploded. She looked at the table, then at the card, and back to the table. "Are you sure you want to use this?"
She looked at Avina. Didn't they already decide on 5%? There was no need to go all the way and pull out a luxury card.
Unfortunately, Avina didn't want to be pulled more into the mess. She avoided the waitress's eyes and continued sipping her water, admiring the cakes set in front of her.
"It should be enough," Donolve answered. There was no way what they were spending in a tiny cafe would make a dent in his savings.
"It certainly is enough," the waitress jumped to confirm, "I just don't know if you'd want to use it for the bill."
The waitress wanted to tell them the total but Donolve didn't feel like looking at it. Like the rich person he was, he didn't care about the price tag as much as the experience. "Just do it."
