Kim Hyejin grew up with her mother and her mother's family, and since she was a toddler, she has always been interested in figure skating. Deciding from young that she wanted to be a figure skater, Kim Hyejin began to train to become the Queen of figure skating in the country just like her idol.
In the early stage of her career as a young figure skater, her mother got married and left her behind. The little Kim Hyejin was shaken for a long while before recovering and decided to channel all her energy into her favorite sport.
In the long run, she meets Ahn Yejun again who she met on some occasions when she was a child. Ahn Yejun loved her and got her to be his fake girlfriend for a while before she cut off thighs with him.
Later, Kim Hyejin reunites with Ahn Yejun after winning the gold medal and becoming an Olympian. But in other to get back with Ahn Yejun after discovering that she loves him, she must first take down Areum who happens to be her...

An Almost Perfect Life

Kim Hyejin saw how annoyed her mother was and stopped playing around. "Mum, you really have to stop taking my jokes seriously, or you will be so angry to the point of having a high blood pressure"

"You know very well how annoying your words are, yet you still talk to me that way." Park Hayoon said while rolling her eyes. Right now, she wasn't annoyed anymore because her daughter who rarely addressed her as 'mum' just called her that.

"My words do not affect the strong hearted. I'm famished, so I'm placing my order." Kim Hyejin said as she picked up the menu on the table.

"I already placed an order for both of us, and here it comes." Park Hayoon said with her gaze on the waiters that were coming towards their direction.

After their food and drinks were served, they began to eat. While eating, Park Hayoon brought up one of the reasons she wanted to see Kim Hyejin.
