Kim Hyejin grew up with her mother and her mother's family, and since she was a toddler, she has always been interested in figure skating. Deciding from young that she wanted to be a figure skater, Kim Hyejin began to train to become the Queen of figure skating in the country just like her idol.
In the early stage of her career as a young figure skater, her mother got married and left her behind. The little Kim Hyejin was shaken for a long while before recovering and decided to channel all her energy into her favorite sport.
In the long run, she meets Ahn Yejun again who she met on some occasions when she was a child. Ahn Yejun loved her and got her to be his fake girlfriend for a while before she cut off thighs with him.
Later, Kim Hyejin reunites with Ahn Yejun after winning the gold medal and becoming an Olympian. But in other to get back with Ahn Yejun after discovering that she loves him, she must first take down Areum who happens to be her...

An Almost Perfect Life

Ahn Yejun has been trying to reach Kim Hyejin through calls, for a while now, but failed, so he decided to visit her early in the morning of the next day, but it turned out that she was an early bed. Kim Hyejin was not at home when he came over, and knowing that the rink is where she could be so early in the morning, he set out for it.

Truly, he did see Kim Hyejin practicing by herself with a loud music playing. In other not to disturb her, Ahn Yejun stood at the spot till she got tired and laid on the ice, only then did he make his way towards her.

"You're still as good as you were before retirement." Ahn Yejun said with a bottle of water and a white towel in his hands.

Kim Hyejin who was lost in deep thoughts, heard his voice and turned over. She was surprised to him, and so she asked, "What are you doing here?."
