If they hadn't started making camps, then it would've been easy to let Grey leave, but they've all heard about the sudden increase in Gnome sightings. Not just that, according to the intel these experts have managed to gather, two cities have been completely taken over by these Gnomes. Human powerhouses rushed to these cities, and what awaited them was a dead city. Even the weakest Elementalist was taken by the Gnomes.
