**(Nurse's Office)**

Currently, there were 14 students who were lying on the bed, which looked like any normal modern hospital bed.

There were a few nurses... both female and male who were constantly checking for any injuries as the students were very recently brought in by the man, Gluri himself.

Like the professors, they wore a white lab coat with the interior being actual nurse/surgeon clothes.

After a few minutes of checking and confirming how they were fine and just needed some rest, they finally began to discuss this.

"Ugh... again with the so-called 'second day training'... this happens every year." one male nurse complained.

"At least he started to control himself a bit more this year..." one female nurse sighed.

"Well... I guess so, either that or this year's students are much better than the other years." he replied.

*Fwoosh*

Although the movement was outside the office, a nurse did hear it, "Huh? Who's there?"

"What's wrong?" another nurse came up to her.

*Step... Step... Step...*

The nurses turn to the door and saw Gluri carrying another student, who was quite battered up compared to the other students.

'What in the fuck!? To a student!?' they all thought to themselves.

Ignoring the sharp gazes, Gluri carefully placed David on one of the beds, "Stop staring at me and please do your job, there's an injured student here." he said, and left without saying anything more.

"Tch. Alright, people, let's get to work..." the 'leader' of the nurses ordered, snapping them out of their daze.

The nurses quickly look at David's body, just to see how it was immediately regenerating passively, surprising them.

Although it wasn't that fast, nor did it heal the more severe injuries quickly, the small bruises, cuts, scratches were quickly healed, which was basically on par with some tier 3 beasts, beasts!

'He's not human!' they all thought. Even though they were just nurses, they could still fight decently, around the third tier in terms of battle prowess, so they did have some references of strength.

They quickly get to work, checking David's heartbeat, mana levels, internal organs, etc.

What surprised them was the fact that David's organs were exactly the same as those of regular humans, yet his other functions seem to work at a function much higher than even those beastmen at the same tier with more efficient organs.

"Hah... put him on the bed, he'll recover on his own." one nurse sighed, seeing how his condition was visibly improving every second.

"Wow... I'm quite jealous of that regenerative ability..." another one sighed as well.

"Guys! We just received the info of the students, they just finished sorting everything!" A nurse ran in with folders of paper, each with a student's name and picture on the folder.

(A/N: For more info, for those who were nobles, or advanced classes like the recommended class, they would have photos before the test begins while the other students would have to get their own pictures... if they passed the exam.)

"I guess we'll just have to wake the students up after an hour or so... seems like they're all recovering well." Everyone nodded in agreement.

**(David's Mind)**

"Ahh... shit, I tired myself way too much..." David complained, laying on the bed with his hands behind his head.

"System, show me my status..." He ordered.

[Answering the Host's question...

[When fighting a higher-ranked being, which at least one whole tier above you (Ex: rank 3 vs rank 4), will the Host gain experience without needing to kill said being.

[The reason why the Host could get experience this time and not at the time at the second part of the combat exam, the exam was a virtual world while the Host had fought with your real body.

[The evolution quest can be skipped as the Host can evolve straight from using the {??? Ancient Blood} Host has gotten from Balfone Academy's entrance exam. it is also recommended that the Host uses the ancient blood for evolution instead of other rank 2 or rank 3 beings.

"I see... but will this kick me out of the personal space like the other times?" David knew he was asking a stupid question, but he still wanted confirmation.

[Answering the Host's question...

[Due to the Host's body being internally damaged, the system has made an exception for evolution.

[When Host evolves, the system will contain the evolution tribulation, but due to the fact that it would be 'internal' the pain, intensity, and overall difficulty will rise exponentially.

[If the Host decides to use the {??? Ancient Blood} to evolve, the original difficulty setting for the tribulation will also rise exponentially.

[It is still recommended that the Host tries to inject it as soon as possible.

[Do not worry, unlike the first and second tier, the third tier and on will only experience pain once the tribulation hits. This is because the first two ranks are to help prepare and strengthen one's mental fortitude before giving what would be considered... a true tribulation.
