Chapter Four: Apollo, help!

I arrived at the throne room, and walked over to Hades. "Hades. I have a favour to ask you." Hades doesnt look away from the book he is reading. "You never ask for favours. What happened?" He glanced at me as I hesitate. "Nevermind that. I want to speak with Apollo." At this, Hades is shocked. "Apollo? Nobody ever wants to willingly talk to Apollo, why do you?" He seemed genuinly confused by my request. "I have a question for him. Why does it matter?" I asked. I knew I sounded defensive and suspicious, but Hades ignored that fact. "Fine. I shall summon him, and you two can speak in your private study." "Thank you so much, Hades!" I cried, and ran out of the room.

Apollo strolled into the study, seemingly at ease. "So, Persephone! Why'd you ask to talk to me, you've never done that before?" I guided him to a seat, then replied. "Apollo, you have to help me!" He looked shocked, and it was a difficult thing to shock the God of Prophecies. "Perse, what happened?!" he said, worry etched into his voice. "You wont believe me, but I'm not Persephone, I'm just a normal girl who should have died!" Now, Apollo looked mildly infuriated but mostly impressed. "Good job, Perse. It takes a lot of skill to prank me." Prank him? "THIS IS NOT A PRANK, APOLLO! YOU HAVE TO HELP ME!" I shouted, tears welling up in my eyes. "If you're just a normal human girl who should have died, tell me your name. I can check the logs of who died and who is in the Underworld to see if your telling the truth." I sighed with joy. Finally, he understood. "My name is Annabelle Lee Mirkwood. I can get someone to bring the logs here for you, if you want. You're the only one who believes I'm not Persephone."

Meanwhile, some of the maids had heard me screech at Apollo, and had went to alarm Hades at once. He arrived at the study in a matter of seconds, and burst throught at once. "APOLLO!" Hades yelled. "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!"
