His warm brown hair matches the color of the trees outside, Ezekiel can remember that, he described what they were wearing, right down to the button up blouse that has Mom was wearing, Then the accident happened..But then he also remembered something else..A glimmer of something from the past life Maybe...A whole new Dimension right...It's hard to explain..He can't go back..And he knows it.. But it's hard to adjust to something new..When he still remembers before.. "so what you are telling me is that you remember your past life, and that you're seeing some of your past life leak into your new one is that where you're describing, Mr. Stone." Ezekiel turned his head to see Dr. Reese, he had dark brown curly hair, dark coco skin, and a charismatic smile on his face, " yeah pretty much except in the old life i was rushing reality, I was Japanese only part Russian, what am I saying i'm sorry.. It gets confusing sometimes.." Dr. Reese adjusted his glasses, calmly collects himself before responding watching his words, "I will be honest with you Mr. Stone, I don't entertain the idea of multiple dimensions. However I do believe you are on the right track of understanding what exactly this is by entertaining this because with entertaining these ideas you are exploring more about yourself and that might be helpful for you as you grieve for your parents."Ezekiel chuckled under his breath "You think it would help me figure out what's wrong with me, I keep seeing, them hearing them, and they know I do." Dr. Reese listens closely to what he's telling him. "so they are aware that you can see them, how did they react to that? You are the only one who could after all." Dr Reese asked, Ezekiel took a moment before responding he remembers exactly what they look like, "They were horrified... Like they didn't think they were dead." after a few more conversations their discussion was over. It didn't make him feel better, it made him feel worse, remembering that image of his mother being horrified, not understanding the circumstances of the situation. Imagine waking up one day, a person alive and well wakes up dead.
How about imagine this your entire existence has just been wiped and then redesigned for something new. Your whole entire story is being rewritten and there's really nothing you can do about it. What are you going to do about it? Ezekiel doesn't know, it's not rewritten it's just going to happen differently. A story could be rewritten, but there’s no way that fate can. They are doomed to exist. What are they like it or not they’re just gonna form in a different way just like. An animal never leaves its nature, even if it’s domesticated.
He slowly starts walking before stopping immediately, and then a car drives right past him, barely even touching him. It’s like he caught it almost until. He realize who caught him. It was a little brother Eli. Eli had finally stepped out of his room after spending days in it. “what the fuck be careful?” Ezekiel, collecting himself, catching his breath, just smiled at him with a sarcastic smile. He is concerned he is exhausted, but most importantly, he doesn’t know what the hell the future holds. They’re both unaware of what the future holds.
“do you wanna get something to eat?” Ezekiel enthusiastically said hoping to get a sometime alone together because it seems like they both need to talk or just sit in a room quietly together. Eli coldly “sure why not.” They went to “el perro pequeño” the small dog pizzeria, it’s one of the few popular establishments in town. What town? Raven Corner, while Eli and Ezekiel are getting Pizza. Mika and Nora were an hour away at their own home.
Mika got custody of Nora, after their family decided to abandon her. Especially after she found out if she got pregnant. Mika not want to abandon. His sister is more than happy to look after her and her child if need be, but he doubt it would get to that point. He knows Eli too well. Not saying he isn’t disappointed that it came to this, but he’s not one to let her suffer. He is sitting on the couch reading biology textbook only to see Nora walking in and out of the bathroom, he could see it from the corner of his eyes and the reflection of the mirror that was angled right by side, the bathroom and the hallway in a narrow space in between the bathroom and the bedroom. We’re only one window sits there, and the red curtain covered in a floral pattern of slight gray, matching the carpet perfectly painting, a pristine yet unsettling, sense of perfect perfection. He can see her wearing her pink bye-bye Kitty pajamas. That little kitten with a ponytail and a pink bow crying. It was one of his sister‘s favorite cartoons when she was younger and it’s still driving like our modern day SpongeBob. Except more annoying and funny. She was doing several rounds in quick succession and he finally got tired of replacing and asked her. “Do you want me to give you something, I can make you an herbal tea that would relax your stomach?” he says with a nonjudgmental look on his face. she looks at him feeling bad for bothering him and gently nods, apologizing which he playfully tilts her head down a little bit before telling her, “don’t worry about it.” he makes her a herbal tea, as he’s making it, he starts to have this straightforward discussion with her, on the future of her kid and “so what’s the plan?” she looks sad for a moment hesitant to answer, but she does respond, catching her breath before answering “I don’t want an abortion and I wouldn’t want to give it.” he stared at her for a brief moment with the same gaze he had before nonjudgmental and simply replies. “ OK.” She stopped and stared at him for a moment. She was surprised by his response, but he kept going “ don’t think this doesn’t mean you can’t go to school. You still go to school. I will drag you if I have to Chiquita (small, or Shorty), don’t you dare put me in that position.” he said, with a sarcastic smile, using the Spanish they learn growing up in a Mexican household. This blonde man may be a güero (blonde, and/or white skinned) but he still holds on for dear life to his parents roots. They would continue discussion now on a positive note, but don’t worry not everything is gonna remain this way. With every glimmer of light, there will always be darkness on the other side. Are you ready?
