Life Ain't fair

The days pass by in a hurry. Everyone got busy in their exams that came up before the winter break. But here we are now. At 6 in the morning stuffing our suitcases in the SUV Jeep that Jacob had gotten along with him. 


It was finally winter break and we were going to Alex's parents cabin at the beach. It was almost 5 hours away so we decided to start early. Me and Alex were the last ones to be picked up so we got to sit in the between with Layla and Jacob in the front and Austin and Amelia at the back. 


It was a long 5 hour drive so I decided to listen to some music and plugged in my earphones. I turned to look at Alex doing the same. I gave him a small smile. I was really sleepy. I was not used to getting up this early. Actually everyone were a little cranky.
