One month later***

Kyga's POV

I was sitted on the sandy beach along the shore looking over at the beautiful scene of the entire warm,majestic ocean.The beautiful balmy ,lofty ,undulating ocean waves kept on hitting my feet bringing a nice sensation on my bare feet as the midday sun sent its warm rays on my body.

My brother and i had decided to come to the beach since it was on a Saturday and he had plans to meet someone here,guessing it was his girlfriend.

"Your girlfriend is coming over?"I decided to break the silence in between us.

"No.She said she wouldn't make it"He furrowed his eyebrows,"How did you know that i was expecting my girlfriend?"

"Your clean shave on your cheen i guess and the way you dressed up today."I said while assessing him.He was just in his favourite beach shorts with no shirt leaving his chest bare and showing off his six packs.

He chuckles while touching his cheen and doing some funny facials.

"So you had noticed my beard already,"

Dummy!It was clearly visible to me.How'd you think i would notice the after shave cheen.

I just rolled my eyes"We'll yes,last time i checked my eyes worked properly."

"Yeah ,i'm grown ass man now."

Grown ass man my foot.You are just seventeen years.

"Pssshhtttt,you just seventeen like me"

"I'm older,"He raised his head probably showing some superiority.

"With only one minute,"I protested.

"But still, i'm older,"He really wanted to shove that in my face.

"Have you spoken with Tonio of late?"He asked out of the blues.

It's been quite a while since i lastly talked to him.The last time we spoke was that day we went to shop for my gown and the rings.He took care of the other preparations since i was busy with home schooling.I guess mother helped him with the guest list.Tomorrow is actually my birthday,not my birthday only but also Kygo's since we were twins.At the same time ,the same day i would get married.

"No."I said while my playing with wet sand using my hand.

"Ky,"He called out and raised my head since it was facing down.

"Are you sure you want to marry him?"He asked with concern.

Did i really want to get married to him?

I just questioned my conscience.

"I have no choice,i'm carrying the heir of their family."

"But it doesn't mean you can marry him."He said and sipped the energy drink he was holding on his right hand.

"I have no choice Kygo...This is an arranged marraige they made with mother,"My voice was a bit high than before, "Morever i guess they planned all this so as to save mother's business."

"But still they have no right whatsover to control your life."

But i have no say to it.The only way i could get away from this was to just run away.

"I have no say,"

He never said a thing and continued sipping his energy drink.

It was getting late and the sun had already set.It was quite fascinating watching it go down.

I got up and dusted myself to get off the sand that was on my shorts.Kygo too got up and grabbed his t-shirt from the basket we had come with.The beach wasn't far from home so we decided to walk, instead of calling the chauffer to come pick us up.

The walk to home was not that long and before we knew it,we had already arrived.It was 7pm and dinner was already set at the dining table.Mother was on her phone while sitted at the dining area.We joined her and took our sits on the sumptuos,fair-sized private ,big and long dining table with several chairs on it.One chair was set at the front of the table while another set at the far end of the dining table and the rest set in between the table.

Mother was sitted at the front chair of the table where Kygo decided to sit at the right side of mother.I sat on the the left side of mother where i could oppositely face my brother.

Dinner was quiet since no one bothered to speak.I digged into my food and after i was done i made movements to my room but i was stopped with my mother's voice.

"Are you set for tomorrow's events?"She asked boldly.

"Yes,"I showed no emotion whatsover.

"Good."She began. "The priest will be hear by 8:00 a.m tomorrow."

"Affirmative." And with that i left the dinning area and went to my room.

I lugged myself off on the bed ,a habit i'm used to whenever i could get in my room.I then again sat upright on my bed and i eyed on my gown that was hunged outside my closet.It really looked beautiful with the diamonds shining with every flick of light.I went to it and ran my fingers on the diamonds.Never in my life could i ever imagine that i would be getting married at eighteen and yet again on the same day as my birthday.

This is not some sort of fairytale but a whole reality of my life i'm speaking of.I ended up watching a series-Riverdale on my laptop when i received a call at midnight.

I wondered who could be calling me at this time of the hour,not unless it was from one person,and that was Amara, my bestfriend.

"Biiiittttcchhhhhh."She called my name with full ethusiasm onced i picked up

"What's up?"

"You freaking getting married tomorrow and you didn't tell me."

Ohhh the dramaa.I bet she was walking to and from in her room with her hands raised in the air while she was speaking with me on the phone.I could already picture her fron where i was.

"Yeahh...suuurrrppprrriiiseeee."I said sacarstically not knowing what to say to her.

I didn't even tell my bestfriend that i was getting married and morever pregnant.I know she would freak out by the mention of that.

"Do you even know how i found out?"

"Where?In the media?"I said my guesses.

"Yes gal,you are all over the internet."

"Yes it's true."I sighed

"Why?"she asked in a raised voice

"I'll tell you everything tomorrow before the ceremony."

"Okay girl...i just called to wish you a happy birthday."She squeled and then sang for me .She had a really beautiful voice.

"Thankyou,i love you bess,"I was already in tears,tears of joy.

"My duty to keep you happy,"

"I wish you could be here so could sneek out and have some drinks,"I said while looking at my nails.

They needed some mani's.I thought to myself.

"Me too,don't worry i'll be over at your place early tomorrow,you should get some sleep."

"I will...Goodnight"

"Goodnight,"She said and ended the call.

My eyes were heavy.I switched off my laptop,changed into my pajamas and switched off the light to get some sleep.

True to her words,Amara was at our place at 5 in the morning.She jumped on my bed and landed on my butt and i responded in pain.

"Oooooowww"

"Get your lazy ass up"She said still jumping up and down on my bed.

I woke up and sat straight on my bed.

"What time is it?"I yawned while rubbing my face.

"It's 5a.m."She got down and sat at edge of the bed,"I came early since you have some explanations to do"

Ohh crap,i almost forgot i didn't tell her everything.I composed myself and told her everything from the night we got drunk with Tonio,to my pregnancy ,to the shopping we had a month ago and now.

Her eyes were wide with shock as she touched my belly.

"There's a baby growning inside of you,"Her eyes were still wide with shock.

"Yes"

"Hey baby ,it's your aunty Amara here."She bend her head down to my belly and somehow what i thought it was, talked to the thing growing inside of me.

"Are you ready to get married Ky?"She hit me with the same question my brother had asked me.

"No,i just want to run away from everything ,"

"I have an idea,"

"What?"I raised my eyebrows.

"Do you still have your passport with you?"She asked with concern

"Yes,"i responded eager to know what she was upto.

She took out something from her pockets and gave it to me,"Here,have this.This is an airticket to the US that i booked to go visit my brother"

"You can use this and i will inform my brother to stay with you when you get to arrive there,"She said her hands in mine.

"Bu---"

She cuts me off.

"No buts Ky,i think you need this more than me.I'll call an uber to take you to the airport."

I couldn't possibly believe she could do this for me.She swiftly went to my wardrobe and took a pen and a paper She wrote something on the paper and handed it to me.

"Here,"She stretched her hand handing over the paper to me, "I've written my brother's phonenumber ,name,and his address,"

"What about the rest of the people,how will they react when the bride won't show up,"I asked her while taking the paper from her.

"I'll disguise as you,they won't note the difference since the veil isn't transparent,"She said yet again dialling a number on her phone.

She put her finger on her mouth signalling me to keep quiet as she spoke to someone.

"Yes,Be here in 10 minutes.."She finally ended the call.

"That's the uber request that i've just requested,go take shower," She was pulling me off from my bed, "He will be here in 10 mins"

I did what she said and quickly took a shower.Afterwards i wore a black jeans with a white and blue stripped top.I picked my passport together with the airticket she had given me.I took some savings that i had hoping it would last me for the time being.

"My brother will be waiting for you at the airport,"She said.

"Okay,has the uber arrived?"I inquired and she immediately checked her phone.

"Yes,and it says that it's a white sedan,"

With that,i hugged her tightly and said goodbye.

"Enough ,now go,"

I took my exist from my window since i couldn't use the front door.I had no choice but to climb off the wall.Once i managed to climb the wall,i was on the outside of our mansion and i quickly spotted the white sedan she was talking about.I boarded the car and within 5 minutes we were already at the airport.

I checked in at the airport and boarded the plane that was on my ticket.I had 3 minutes to catch my flight and since i didn't have any luggage on me,it didn't take a lot of time checking in.

Once i was in the plane i put my phone on flight mode and fastened my seat belt.

Since it was an approximation of a 10 hour-flight i made a choice to sleep for i didn't have enough sleep.

It was then after several hours i was woken up by an airhostess.

"Madam,we have already arrived,"She was smiling from ear to ear and showing off her perfect white teeth.

I looked around the plane and saw that everyone had alighted.I quickly got off the plane hiding the embarassment that i had.

The airport was speedily overcrowded with people as compared to the one we had back in italy.

A man approched me from behind and grabbed my hand aggresively.

"I'm Nicholai,Follow me."He sternly said still with hands on me.

"Leave my hand alone,and who are you ?"I snapped at him while turning and got a chance to see the man well.

He was indeed good looking.A very handsome man,with mesmerizing eyes that seemed to be piercing through mine.He was wearing a smirk that made me melt in seconds and i could perfectly see the scuplted body he had through his white shirt,and torn denim jeans that gave him that boyish

and bad boy kind of look that can easily gather a woman's attention in seconds.

"Quit checking me out and follow me,"

I mean who wouldn't follow a guy that good-looking.Well, not me .

I followed him behind pacing with his steps and hoping in the back of my mind that he was Amara's brother ,the one she said he would be waiting for me in the airport.
