The next few days on the island were spent training with the new weapons the pair were given and the ravenette getting to know the second half of her family that she never knew about.

"Mei Lián which one of those guys are you marrying?" one of her older cousins asked as they watched Yuan and Zhang sparring in one of the courtyards with the fox immortal hopping in every now and then just to mess with them, the sudden question causing the female to choke on her tea.

"I mean you're all attached at the hip, you have to be marrying one of them," he continued, looking over at her through his rectangular glasses, "If not all of them."

"What do you mean 'all of them'?!" Mei Lián asked, snapping her gaze to the shorter male as soon as she was able to clear her throat.

"You are a princess, aren't you?" the male shot back with a shrug, "I'm not sure how it works on the continent, but here you're definitely allowed to have multiple spouses as a part of the royal family."
