Aasiya is the girl who has it all. At least that's what everyone tells her. So, why can't she escape this emptiness inside her; that's slowly eating her away?

Moving back to Pakistan for her medical degree was the answer she sought, but her life turns upside down, when she is forced into an unwanted alliance.

Can Aasiya untangle the knots of her heart, as she journeys through life, whilst battling with herself?

Will a happy ending await her, with the one she desires? Or truth will break her and cause her to fall apart?

Her Vocation

“Gardens of perpetual residence; they will enter them with whoever were righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their descendants. And the angels will enter upon them from every gate, [saying], "Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home." (QURAN 13:23-24) 


"Maama—are we there, yet?" Aasiya heard her 5 year old daughter's inquiry and looked away from the road to watch her through the rearview mirror; sitting in the backseat of the car. Following her inquisition she had once again become immersed in going through the album on her lap, for the millionth time. 


Ever since she found them at her Naano's place earlier this year, she had become obsessed with them. 


"Almost there, sweetie—" Aasiya returned with a small smile, before returning her attention back to driving.
