The place he had fallen asleep was warm and smelled of fresh mint.
His office. He must have fallen asleep on top of his paperwork again. He needed to go to his bedroom.
But it wasn't like he used his bedroom that often to call it one. It was just a room with his belongings and a bed, but that was the definition of a bedroom right? Although most of his clothes and toothbrush were in his office he didn't know why he had that room.
The office was the place he woke up often too. The crooked window overseeing the city that was just too loud sometimes. The empty noises of cars and the floating of the merciless rain.
William didn't open his eyes. Maybe it was because he was tired. Or maybe because he was sick of the fearful looks he got every time someone so much as glanced at his too blue orbs. Oh, how he wanted to rip them out of their sockets.
He was confused as well.
