Chapter One Hundred Three

"Here we are." He says, motioning to the woods.

"What the fuck? I-I mean, where are we?" I correct myself so I don't sound so rude.

"Wait." He says and gets out. He opens my door and unbuckles my seatbelt before putting one arm beneath my knees and another around my back.

"Wha-what are you doing?" I ask shocked by the sudden action. He's carrying me, bridal style.

"Did you really think I'd make you walk in this? Especially in heels, since you decided not to change into your flats?" He asks and I realize he's right. I'd probably get my heels stuck or fall thirty times.

He kisses the top of me head, before continuing to walk down a narrow pathway.

"We're almost there..." he trails off, his eyes twinkling in the sunset.

"I love your eyes." I say, reaching up to caress his cheek.

"And I love you." He says, pressing his lips to mine.

"Okay, we're here." He says cutting our kiss short.
