'The year is 2035. This United States has fallen, with most of the other major nations around the world also in the midst of collapsing. Out of this, hundreds of city-states and other small nations are formed and destroyed simultaneously every hour. Through all of this, one man named Kenneth Ritco finds himself at the front of the chaos, leading one of the smallest city-states located in the Americas.
