Episode 9

3rd July 2017, Monday

Time passes by so fast and another 2 weeks has passed by. After Hyujin knew that Jungwoo was doing fine now and before, he asked Min-ji if he should video call Jungwoo with you cause Ji-yoo misses both Min-ji and Jungwoo. Min-ji told Hyujin that it's safe now for Ji-yoo to call both herself and Jungwoo and Ji-yoo was happy to see Jungwoo with her mother but he was also confused. If his mother is on a business trip, how come she's with Jungwoo? Ji-yoo asked about that a week ago and Min-ji just said that they just passed by each other and thought that it'll be nice if they keep in touch when both of them are in the states. Ji-yoo just believed in it thinking that that's the only explanation and talked about something else.

Jungwoo has finally recovered after 2 weeks getting locked up in the hospital, he was finally discharged by the hospital today. The doctor informed Min-ji yesterday that he'll be discharged tomorrow and Min-ji told Jungwoo. She helped Jungwoo in collecting his stuff in a box that he brought to the hospital. Min-ji helps Jungwoo bring the boxes and since today is the day when he's discharged by the hospital, she brings the boxes to one of the black vans that Mr. Kim told her to drive and helps Jungwoo put his other boxes in the trunk to. Min-ji got in the car with Jungwoo and started to drive the car with Jungwoo sitting beside her. Jungwoo was sitting next to the driver seat where Min-ji was since she had to drive Jungwoo safely to his hotel room. Min-ji and Jungwoo talked a lot during the trip back to the hotel room. Min-ji's concern right now is how the surprise for Jungwoo will turn out.

The previous day, Min-ji told all the other 6 members that Jungwoo was going to be discharged tomorrow. They were happy and planned to make a surprise welcome back party. Min-ji took part to prepare the decorations and drive Jungwoo back to his hotel room. Ha-jun and Jun-seo took part in preparing the snacks and drinks. Ji-ho and Dong-hyun took part in picking what cake they should buy for Jungwoo and what movie they should watch from all the movies that Jungwoo has acted in. And Hyun-woo and Min-hyun took part in decorating the room after Min-ji bought the decorations and took part in buying some board games. They made a simple plan which is when Min-ji arrived at the hotel building with Jungwoo, they'll surprise him when Jungwo steps foot in the hotel room.

After the long trip, Min-ji and Jungwoo finally arrived at the hotel building. Jungwoo and Min-ji took the boxes out and gets in the elevator so they can go to Jungwoo's room faster. They arrived at Jungwoo's hotel room and opened the door. Right when Jungwoo has took his first step inside the room everyone surprised him. "SURPRISE!! WELSOME BACK JUNGWOO!!" all the members said. Jungwoo just laughed then hugged all of his 6 members. "Thanks you guys." he said while hugging them. "Anytime bro" they said. Min-ji just smiled at them and chuckled a bit and she was also happy that all the 6 members could finally be completed and be with Jungwoo. A while later, Jungwoo and all the 6 members were sitting on the hotel rooms floor in Jungwoo's room and they were playing a board game while Min-ji was busy in tidying Jungwoo's clothes and folding them that he brought back. "Min-ji let's play!" Hyun-woo yelled. "Coming! Just give me a sec!" Min-ji yelled back. After that Min-ji tidied her shirt that she was wearing and got outside of the bathroom. She sat beside Jungwoo and they started playing the board game.

Time passed by and Min-ji was pissed. They all laughed when they looked at Min-ji pissed expression cause Min-ji kept loosing from time to time. "C'mon, just accept defeat and accept the fact that you're bad at this game" Ha-jun said. "Hey! I'm not bad at this game okay!" Min-ji said. "You guys are just to good." Min-ji said in a quiet voice so no one can hear what she said but she got a little to loud and everyone laughed. Min-ji just rolled her eyes and shuffled the cards. "Let's just watch a movie." Dong-hyun said after Min-ji was done shuffling the cards. She just looked pissed and threw the card in the opposite direction to where they were sitting and all 7 of them just laughed while Min-ji was pissed. "C'mon, you don't need to be that pissed. It's just a game" Jungwoo said while patting Min-ji's back. She just rolled her eyes and stands up first before everyone stand up. Min-ji sat on the bed and took the remote that was on Jungwoo's bed. All 7 of them just stared thinking what will Min-ji do next? Since she's so pissed. "Ch-! What are you staring at huh?! Are we going to watch a movie or not?!" Min-ji said in a pissed tone. They just nodded and sat on the bed. Jungwoo was sitting beside Min-ji and they were sitting in the middle. They ended up watching tons of movies together and Jungwoo just cringed a bit cause they picked some of Jungwoo's old movies that he acted in when he was around 10 years old but he was satisfied that he acted pretty well. After watching tons of movies, they asked Min-ji what time is it since she was the only one who wore a hand watch. She told them that it's 8pm. They were so shocked that they didn't even realized that it was that time. From 4pm to 8pm, that was so fast for Jungwoo and his 6 other friends. They turned on their phone since they shut it down so they won't get crazy notifications while spending some time with each other. And like they expected, once they turn on their phones it showed that they got tons of notifications from articles and fans from social media. Every articles they checked was saying that they were happy cause Jungwoo was finally back and the detectives finally caught the 4 girls who were chasing Jungwoo and the other 2 members in the 2 taxi's and they made a public apology to Jungwoo but they had to get sentenced to prison and payed a fine anyways. Many people/fans asked Jungwoo to go live cause they miss seeing Jungwoo. They decided to go live and Min-ji hid in the bathroom. She got bored so she puts on her headsets and plays a simple game that she used to play on her phone with Ji-yoo before she left. She misses Ji-yoo so much. She told Hyujin that she'll be back next week and told Hyujin that she's going to ride his private jet again and Hyujin simply agreed to help her and told his pilot. After Min-ji got bored playing the game, she decides to watch the live stream to see how Jungwoo was acting and doing in the live stream since she can only hear the mumbling voices of each member outside the bathroom and of cores she got curious so she watched the live stream.

It took a long time for the live stream to end but Min-ji understands why Jungwoo made the live stream long because he just misses his fans so much. Though he hates those crazy fans, he knows that there is still many fans who won't hurt him like those crazy fans and he loves his fans as family cause they really support Jungwoo a lot. Min-ji checked her phone, it showed that it was 9.45pm. The stream lasted longer then she thought it would last but she just gets out of the bathroom when the live stream ended. After that all the 6 other members left Jungwoo's room to get some rest while Min-ji was left alone with Jungwoo in Jungwoo's hotel room. They talked together and had a great time. "Has Mr. Kim told you when you'll go back to Korea?" Min-ji asked. "He said that me and the other members will be back to Korea either next week or the next 2 weeks." Jungwoo said. "So you're going to practice the script of the movie in Korea?" she asked. "If you know actors like me, you will know that we actors memorize stuff, lines and actions very easy. So i already memorized all the lines and actions i should do for the movie, i just need to act in the movie for a couple of days maybe a month or more" Jungwoo said and Min-ji nodded. "Well don't overdue yourself okay?" Min-ji said who was more concern about Jungwoo's health after the accident. Jungwoo just smiled and laughed a bit at Min-ji words and he nodded a few times. "I won't overdue myself this time." Jungwoo said while smiling trying to make Min-ji not worrying much about him and Min-ji just smiled and nodded.

They ended up talking a lot until it was past 11pm. They were playing a game of truth or dare. They kept on saying that it was the last game but ended up playing more rounds. "Okay, it's past 11 i think this should really be our last round" Min-ji said after laughing so hard at Jungwoo's answer that he said after Min-ji gave him a truth. "Okay" Jungwoo said while nodding. "Truth or Dare?" Min-ji asked. "Truth" Jungwoo said. "Do you have a crush on anyone? If you do tell me who it is" Min-ji said. "Hey that's not fair. There's 2 questions in 1 round." Jungwoo said. "Well, it's our last round." Min-ji said. Jungwoo gulped. His crush has been Min-ji for a long time. "Do i really need to do this?" Jungwoo said nervously. "Just answer my simple question." Min-ji said. "Well, i know as a kpop idol, i'm not suppose to have a crush on anyone. But most kpop idols keep their secret from the public that they have a crush on someone just like me. You're the only one who knows about this and i don't want anyone to know besides you okay? Even the other members don't know about this." Jungwoo said. "Okay, i won't tell" Min-ji said. "I have a crush on someone and she's my friend. I don't want to tell her about this cause i'm scared of rejection and i think if she ends up knowing about my feelings, our friendship will get ruined." Jungwoo said. Min-ji's heart skipped a beat. She knows that she is his only friend who's a girl since the other members said so. Her heart was pounding faster then ever. Does he really have the same feelings towards me? Min-ji asked in her head. "I can't tell you who it is and what's her name but the first letter of her name starts with an 'M' and ends with a 'I' she's also Korean." Jungwoo added and at that moment, she knew exactly who he liked. It is no other then herself and she was so shocked that Jungwoo felt the same way toward her. "Moving on" Jungwoo said. "Truth or Dare." Jungwoo asked. "Truth" Min-ji said. "The same question." Jungwoo said. "Yes, i do have a crush on someone and he doesn't know about it at all and i never told him cause i'm also scared of rejection and since he's my long time friend, i don't want to break our friend relationship so he doesn't know yet." Min-ji said nervously. "Since you didn't tell me who the girl is then i'll also do the same. The first letter of his name is 'J' and the last is 'O' he's also Korean." Min-ji said and at that moment Jungwoo knew that it was him. Min-ji has a crush on him to. They went silent for a moment the Min-ji broke the dead silence. "Well, i'm going to my room." Min-ji said. She stood up from her seat and walking to the door. "Wait." Jungwoo asked. Min-ji stopped walking and turns around to look at Jungwoo. "I'm also curious, when are you going back to Korea?" Jungwoo asked. "Next week" Min-ji simply said and with that she left Jungwoo's hotel room and went to her room to get some rest. Jungwoo tried to take his mind off of what happened last time and eventually he slept to.
