Jiang He clenched her fists and headed to the kitchen, planning to reheat last night's porridge, only to discover that they'd eaten at Xu Qing's parents' place and she had forgotten to cook it upon returning.

"Oh."

"Do you want to eat or not?!" Not getting anywhere with two wasted sentences, Jiang He grew a bit irritable, then, touching her stomach and counting the days on her fingers, she reluctantly returned to her own room.

"Weren't you going to make noodles?"

Xu Qing was puzzled. What was with this girl?

"I'll make them in a bit."

Jiang He's face was sour; she didn't even know why she was so annoyed.
