CHAPTER 4: THE BUTLER

"Ha-ah!! You're quite the runner…hah..hah" she said while panting.

"WHY THE HECK DID YOU DO THAT, AND CALLING THE KING BY HIS NAME!!!!! YOU'RE REALLY CRAZY!!!!" He said while panting roughly.

"I already told you it's fine, you're really not listening, AND YOU SHOULD THANK ME THAT YOUR SUSPENSION IS LIFTED AGAIN!!!!" She told him while screaming.

"…"

"T-than—" he said while blushing but cutted by Alex.

"Save it, I still have some business to attend, you're already late to the tournament, you still coming with me?"

"Ugh shit! I gotta go now!" He said while running.

"I already cursed them to lose so it should be alright."

ROUSE'VALLE MANSION

"They changed the gate…"

A maid approached her and talked to her.

"Uhmm miss, do you have any business here"

"No there's none" she answered awkwardly while walking away.

"Then please be careful."

The maid walked away with Alex walking away from the mansion.

"I still don't have the courage to go back"

INSIDE THE MANSION

"Anna your late"

"Sorry butler, there's just a weird girl roaming outside so I talked to her."

"What does she look like?" The butler asked like he's expecting someone.

"She's wearing a black cloak, she also has a long brown hair she's so pretty."

"Then she must be one of our young master's admirer, they must have came here since he locked himself for days in his room" sounding disappointed then he sighed.

"She must be, but there's something strange about her…"

"You're probably just imagining it."

"No, It's just that... she has crystal blue eyes, and she tried to hide he face from me."

"What are you trying to say??"

"Strangely that miss's eyes were crystal blue and when I asked he-"

"Where is she now?!!" The butler grabbed the maid and asked her in Joy with an excited feeling around him.

"S-she must still be outside."

After getting information, the butler run as he could outside the mansion.

The maid fell down on the floor thinking what could made the butler like that, when he always maintain his composure.

At the outside, the butler turned his head around to find the miss the maid's talking about.

Under the tree beside the gate, he found a girl resting.

"Uhmm, miss you shouldn't be sleeping here" the butler said politely.

The girl slowly woke up and looked up.

The butler was shocked at what he saw. He smiled and cried saying "Miss I finally found you!!"

"W-what the hell is he doing here ??" she whispered to herself.

With the butler finding out, she hid her face saying "I'm s-sorry you recognized the wrong person, my hair is not even silver so how could I be your miss." She said changing the sound of her voice.

"Oh is that so, but I didn't even said our miss has a silver hair, and the duke has just recently adopted a kid so why would you—?" The butler answered playing along with her.

"Fuck, I totally forgot how cunning this butler is, that's why I don't have the courage to go in." She thought to herself.

"Ugh! I'll also be caught sooner or later anyway, how did you know it was me??" She annoyingly asked the butler.

"The maid you talked to earlier said that you have crystal blue eyes with a brown hair so how could I not know it was you." The butler answered with a big smile on his face.

"I should have killed that maid..." she said while having a pouting face

The butler stared at Alex with an excited face. "W-what?" she said avoiding the eyes of the butler.

"Let's just talk inside, I have a news regarding about that child's uncle."

"Who?"

"Whoelse other than the duke right now?!!" she said annoyingly.

"You haven't really changed miss, your temper is as usual" the butler said while wiping his tears.

"Let's just go inside!!"

"Then let's go inside now, Lady Alice."

"As expected to a butler who ate the heart of the dragon so that he could live thousands of year."

"Well I promised your brother that I'll find you…"

"Yeah, brother, I'm really sorry Lev". She said in a disappointed tone while looking up the sky.
