Chapter 12 Mana Stone

After Akio had laughed his heart out, due to his anger as well as excitement towards the boar for even if it did give Akio so much pain, as well as severe injuries, with it's the dead body now, even if Akio who had the main purpose of examining the boar's body with the limited equipment he had developed and remodeled in this era were no modern technology had survived, which in turn left only a few amounts of remnants of advanced technologies were left in the current era of the world. Akio would still obtain tremendous benefits from the mar alone, according to his Appraisal.

Since according to the Appraisal he did towards the Leader Boar, it was said that when a person's the boar's meat aside from being extremely delicious, it also stated that once consumed by a person it could enhance the person's physical strength, which would be a miracle for current Akio who was born with a weak physique that caused him to experience much more difficult in training, which causes tiny results even when Akio had conducted the same training regimen he had in his old body.

So anyway, after Akio had rested quite a bit to let his body heal itself first, which had broken bones, shattered ribs, burn marks, muscle cuts, as well as excessive blood loss, which required Akio to rest for more than 5 hours if Akio didn't have one of the first-ever magical potions he had accidentally discovered a few years back. However, it isn't exactly what you would call either a medicine or a magical medicine in nature due to its nature.

The potion that Akio had specifically mentioned was precious as the main ingredients that are used in the potion were his flesh and blood. Akio had first discovered this potion when one time that he was training because at the time when Akio was trying to develop his poison resistance, which caused himself at one time to spit out blood from his mouth. And when that happened without noticing, Akio accidentally mixed his blood with one of the drinks he had kept near him. And then, after a short while of experimenting with other poisons, when. Akio had drunk that particular drink; with his instincts, he quickly discovered that the drink's taste was vastly different from what he was used to, and with that reason, Akio quickly used his Appraisal on the drink.

And after he did that, Akio quickly found out that just by looking at the drink's item name, he already knew the cause due to the name being "Blood Regeneration Punch." With that name alone, Akio quickly figures out that tr mouthful of blood he coughed up earlier may have mixed with his original drink. And Akio didn't think that it was another being's blood as the drink he drank was a specially prepared juice he had made, from the fruits he had gathered in the forests, while he gathered the poisonous hérbs he used to obtain his poison resistance skill. Which in turn made the taste unique, and as before, Akio knew it wasn't another being blood due to being sure that there is no blood nearby, aside from his own, for meters away.

After this surprising surprise, his blood then became something similar to a potion due to his regenerative ability, as weirdly enough, his regenerative skill seems to present in his blood. Akio continued experimenting with his blood, which eventually gave Akio a result of creating a pro-type of a fantasy potion, like a health potion in novels, which did not have a bad taste like raw blood.

This new potion, which was the potion that Akio had now, was a combination with his blood, along with some of the most common herbs that the doctors/ village healers used to treat the hunters of the village when most of them got injuries in the hunt. And this combination resulted in a much greater healing effect than a bottle of his raw blood, which tastes quite bad.

Although this potion was not as effective as his regeneration, Akio still used this so that his injuries would quickly recover stacked with the effect of his regeneration skill, so after laying down on the trunk of the tree, as he continued to drink 2 of the potions, he had brought in the hunt, which left Akio 8 left overall, which he planned to use in an emergency.

[An Hour Later]

After finally recovering fully, without any note of injuries in his body left except, of course, his teared-up clothes, soaked with blood as well, Akio finally stood up from the trunk of the three and dragged the boar to a suitable place for him to conduct his experiment.

While also taking back the daggers, he had plunged on the boar's back to direct the boar carefully and cleanly for his experiments.

After finding a suitable place to conduct his experiments in a particularly stony area near the campsite Akio's group decided on, Akio finally wanted to start his dissection. Still, when Akio was about to start, he suddenly realized that something was wrong, and when he thought about it for a while, he accidentally shouted out.

So eventually, after Akio talked to himself beside the boar's dead body, he finally returned to the campsite and quickly took all the research equipment he had brought with him while also successfully avoided his brother Bane and Sasha who was still in their patrol shift for the group.

And so with the tools in handed although not as complicated as modern tools, Akio started to direct the Boar's body is trying to find out its magic source if it has any or any special thing in its body which could potentially be something that can help to awaken a living being's mana inside of them, which Akio had already confirmed to exist in everyone using his appraisal that when used in anyone says at the description of any human in the village, which quotes.

"A Human who has yet to awaken to the mana."

Although with this conclusion alone, Alio wasn't sure if anyone can use magic as similar to the concept in certain novels, only people with enough magic capacity can use magic while, people who had low mana capacity's can use magic at all. So anyway, after thinking of those, Akio finally started the research on the Boar Body that he had been very excited to do so since he had first laid eyes on the boar earlier.

After I completely managed to direct the boar's whole body, Disappointingly, aside from the larger size and two tails, the boar's organs and muscles weren't really different from the boars the village captures in the hunts. However, even though most of the boar's body was disappointing, it caused me to light up a campfire and cook up the meat to get the body strengthening effect from its meat.

[Akio] "Ahh Dammit, aside from the meat of this boar, there is really nothing that I need from it, and the materials such as its leather, fangs, and teeth aren't exactly that fascinating aside from their slightly higher toughness, and cornering its skin, is slightly warmer, maybe due to it coming from a beast which had a fire attribute on it."

"But at least I get to have its meat which, according to Appraisal, could improve my overall body strength which, no matter if the effects are great or not, would still be incredibly great, due to this body of mine's fragile physique that is very pitiful. "

And as I did say that while holding the skull left from the boar, Due to my disappointment, I then threw the skull onto the ground. When I did this, I saw that as expected, the brain mush of the boar oozed out from it, which was pretty disgusting, but aside from that, in the middle of the shattered skull of the boar, I then saw a tiny stone that if you weren't paying attention towards it, you would have never found it.

And as I saw that shiny red stone one word suddenly came into my mind, form all the novels and mangas that I had read, before that event had happened.
