T.D.o.N.B: Assassin

So I became a crow in a box. Then, it's hard to say what happened. I was planted somewhere, in a  hidden place, and had to wait to take care of the 'problem', but first, the problem had to show up.

It took hours, which I spent on high alert, with 'Eyes of the void' active for the whole time, to detect him. It was a very quiet period for me, but eventually, I detected some of the air moving, and then there was an even bigger movement.

Soon two creatures were within the range of my ability, and I was able to trace their steps. They seemed to be talking, but I was unable to pick anything from the conversation because I couldn't hear it, and even if I did, I didn't understand the language. There also was no way I could read lips.
