Chapter 23~You Knew!?~
Karmaria told Phoenix the whole story, "You lost your memory after the fire I believe" Phoenix let go of her sister and slumped against her room wall. Phoenix looked down and mumbled, Karmaria came closer "What?",
Phoenix spoke up "I said...get...out" Karmaria didn't want her sister to yell so she left, hawks were about to speak then Phoenix glared at him "That means you to", he lowered his wings and left the room, closing the door behind him. Phoenix rubbed her head"They knew...just like Shigiraki said" She was starting to get mad and because of the drug being in her system still, her hair started to light on fire again but then voices leaving the house stopped her. She got up and almost ran into Hawk...his face at least, they both jumped away and Hawks nervously laughed "Sorry I was only coming in to ask if you feel ok to go to school?"
"Really?! I can still go!?" -Hopefully, I don't see All Might though, I can't control this power or anger- she thought. despite her thoughts, she nodded and he closed the door, she then got dressed in her uniform and made sure her charm was still on the choker and thankfully it was, but it seemed a little loose but she could fix it later. She inhaled and opened her room door to find hawks, Karmaria, and Todoroki waiting for her and they nodded, they left the house and once the sun hit Phoenix's skin she inhaled the morning smell. Phoenix always did love mornings, she was her happy self again but still remembered from what happened in the house. She took her sister's hand and skipped down the path while Karmaria laughed a bit trying to keep up.
They walked into class and almost everyone in the classroom jumped and tried to hug Phoenix and Karmaria, other than Phoenix, of course, Karmaria had been gone with the police and hero's to try and find her sister. Everyone hugged Phoenix but gave Karmaria a handshake or high five because she glared when they tried to hug her, Phoenix laughed and hugged her sister "calm down there just happy to see you" Karmaria smiled "mostly you though missy" Phoenix did a small nervous chuckle and saw Deku smiling at her, she went over to him and ruffled his hair "morning Deku" Backugo kicked at a seat in front of him "oh red wings!! We got new seats! Your right here so sits down!!!!"
Phoenix smirked and sat down "oh forgive me, your highness, my apologies" He growled and she laughed. Mineta then pointed and said, "holy crap Backugo can smile!?" Everyone looked and Backugo grabbed Mineta by his shirt "Shut up trashy balls!!" They all laughed and Backugo smiled at Phoenix for a sec but shook his head before everyone could see. But then all might walked in, and Phoenix's smile faded.
