The concern?

Serena's POV

"I'm Gary," the boy with Mahogany spiky hair said.

"I'm Alain," the boy with the black hair said.

"I'm Clemont. Nice to meet you." The boy with blonde hair said with a short bow.

"I'm Drew," the boy with green hair said.

"Paul," the boy with purple hair said very simply.

Though, they all introduced themselves in a very simple way.

"Ah... you guys seem like a group or some type of gang already right?" Mr. Henry asked with a hint of interest in his voice.

"Most likely," Alain replied.

"Anyway, you all can have your seats there." Mr. Henry said pointing towards the empty, next to our row.

All the eyes were shifted on the boys as they made their way to their seats aimlessly.

Mr. Henry started to explain the chapter. However, students were paying attention to the chapter but at the very least, their minds were towards the boys. I can tell, as I was getting a bit distracted by them as well.

Though, to my surprise, the boys didn't pay any attention anywhere. They just talked among themselves.

Suddenly, a certain raven-haired boy's eyes landed on me and we stared at each other for a millisecond. I got nervous for a second as it was um… kinda new to me. I was getting deep in his brown hazel eyes, but I ended up looking away from him awkwardly.

Why wasn't I able to look straight in his eyes? I'm sure that he was confused by that.

~~~
The bell rang, signaling that the class is over. Students made their way towards their next classes except some girls, who were making their way towards the boys. Especially the girl that I hate the most in this world.
Ash's POV
"Ah! This is boring!" Paul groaned as he lay back to his seat. "Hey, Ash, what's next after school?" He asked me. I looked at him. But before I'd speak, Drew started.
"Hey, there is a park nearby let's go there and play soccer after school. What do you say?" Drew asked while leaning forward from back seats.
"Sounds good to me," I said with a hint of enthusiasm in my voice. Soccer is awesome! "Count me in".
"It's settled then!" Gary said from behind.
I nodded and looked forward, the teacher was busy explaining the chapter to the class.
I looked around the class and noticed that some students. My eyes landed on a honey blonde. They're looking natural to me. I noticed that she was also looking at me.
We looked in each other's eyes for a millisecond but then she quickly looked away and shifted her direction to the board. I tilted my head in confusion, and she had a kinda nervous look I guess.
The bell rang as the students started to make their way towards the door. We didn't feel like standing up and sat there for a few moments. But then some girls approached us and one of them said,
"Hey Ash~"
I raised an eyebrow at that. Her tone of voice was something else. The girl had short blue hair and wore a blue dress and a blue skirt. Seems like a big FAN of blue. Anyway, I decided to say something, "Uh... Hi,".
"I'm Miette! Nice to meet you" she said while extending her hand. Before I'd do anything, Gary jumped from nowhere, and started to introduce himself. "And hello to you lovely lady. I'm Gary Oak~"
We all sweatdropped. Miette seems a bit annoyed at Gary's behavior but we can't blame her for that. That Oaktree is never going to change anyway or is he?
After a hard moment, we somehow managed to pull Gary out of this trouble and get rid of those girls.
"What the hell were you doing?!" Alain crossed his arms while knocking some sense into Gary.
"Ouch! What do you mean? She was beautiful, wasn't she? Unlike YOU, girls like me~ I can do nothing with that." Gary said, making an 'Ah… I'm so good,' sign.
Alain sighed and decided to leave the topic, "Anyway… So, to the next class?" Alain looked at me.
"Yeah, I guess. There's nothing to do here anyway… Clemont? You have the schedules right?" I asked.
"Yeah. Uh… gimme a sec... So it seems like Alain, Drew, Paul, and Gary have Chemistry while You and me have Mathematics." Clemont said while adjusting his glasses.
"So, I guess we will meet after the class guys, okay?" I asked. They all shrugged their shoulders. "See ya' later then!"
We waved each other off. Clemont and I started to make our way towards the Mathematics.
While walking in the hallway, I looked around. The school was pretty crowded. No wonder, it's one of the best institutions in Kalos.
People here must've dealt with a hard entrance exam. While I was looking around, my gaze landed on that same blonde.
She was walking in front of us, although she was looking in some kind of hurry with one another girl walking next to her who had blue hairs.
And then they turned and walked into one of the classrooms. And that was the same class as us, Mathematics.
I turned towards Clemont, "Hey Clemont, anything new around the city?" I asked my buddy.
We both often check that if something wrong is going. He quickly grabbed his software device from his backpack that he always carries with him and started hitting some buttons.
"It looks like nothing big happened from the past couple of days, but ah… there is a minor burglary in a nearby shopping mall. However, Officer Jenny seems to have controlled the situation on time and arrested the robbers." He said looking at his device and I nodded in understanding.
If it'd be a big trouble, then she already had called us for help but if she didn't bother to do so, that means there is nothing to worry about.
After walking a bit more we reached the class. I opened the door and guess what, we were late again.
Serena's POV
As I left the class I checked my schedule, and it seems like Dawn and I have Mathematics together.
I was more than glad about that. Your best friend with you in the subject that you hate so much, is the most wonderful thing that can ever happen right?
We said goodbye to our rest of the group Misty, May, Aria, and Korrina made their way to their respective classes.
Dawn and I head towards Math. On the way, I couldn't help but think about the moment I had with that raven-haired boy.
I wondered there's something special about him. However, they are all kinda out of the track. He's kinda cu...
I shook my head to get out that thought, it can't happen on the first day, right? I looked at Dawn, and to my surprise, she was smirking at me which is not good. I gulped as I already knew what's coming.
"So, Serena, about those new boys," she asked.
I looked away immediately trying to act as usual as I could, "What about those boys?" I asked, being oblivious.
"Ah-huh! I saw you were looking at that boy with a red cap ah...Ash! Right?" She asked with an evil grin plastered on her face.
"Huh? N-no I Wasn't looking at him." I shuttered a bit and she let out an evil laugh at my nervousness. I sighed at her. Why me?
I found an excuse to change the topic, I glanced at my watch and gasped. We are going to be late for the Maths class.
Our Maths teacher is Mr. Bob, and believe me, he is STRICT. He hates If someone is late for his class. He hates when someone says 'present' in a very low voice or if in an extra high voice either.
You can say that just sitting like a statue in front of him, is good for goodness sake.
Luckily Dawn agreed with me and we made it on time to the class. We sat down at the end of the right corner row. As the class was already full.
Students were talking about kinds of stuff. But most of them were talking about those new six boys and not to mention they are kinda MISCHIEVOUS.
Suddenly the door opened and Mr. Bob stepped in. He is bulky as an Elephant and looks extremely dangerous.
He made his way to the front desk and slammed his books. Everyone knows that he's going to check Holiday Homework now. I've completed my homework but I'm still a bit terrified.
"Good Morning class." His voice boomed through the walls of the class. "I hope your vacation was good. Now, it's time to show your homework. But first, lemme have your attendance."
He called out names one by one. Soon it came to my name,
"Present," I said simply.
But NEXT,
"Ash?...."
Silence.
"Ash?..."
Again silence.
"ASH?!.. IS ASH NOT HERE??" His voice was scary! No one even replied tho. And now I was getting worried about him.
But then the door slammed and a certain boy was stepped in.
Ash walked in the classroom with hands in his pockets. Mr. Bob looked at him and a vein popped up on his forehead.
"ASH! WHY ARE YOU LATE!?" We all gasped at his anger. I was too worried about Ash now. What'd he do? Where the heck was he?!
I looked at Ash with worried eyes. BUT! I was surprised when he let out a sigh,
"Prof. Sycamore called us for some important work" He called out simply.
Huh? This… this is a lie, right? I mean, I can tell. He and Clemont left the first class and were coming here.
"Hmm...okay take your seats." Mr. Bob said. Satisfied by his answer for being late for a reason.
After that, Ash and Clemont took their seats at the corner. While, Mr. Bob started to explain the questions on board.
The lecture was getting boring second by second. I saw that most of the students were getting sleepy.
But with Ash and Clemont...
I looked over to them, and was shocked.
Their heads were down resting on the table and they both were... SLEEPING?
But to their bad luck, Mr. Bob noticed, and erased whatever he was explaining on the board. All the students were confused when he wrote down a question with some symbols that I haven't ever seen in my life.
"Ash and Clemont... Since you two are new here, doesn't mean you can just rest around. So, if you please bother to come here and solve this question!" He said. His voice was full of anger and annoyance.
I gasped 'Oh No, Ash!'
