“That’s because you’re barely ever home. Dude you have to take responsibility.”
“I don’t think I can run dad’s company. I mean it’s totally unfair. You get to do whatever you want, why does it seem like I’m the rogue because I chose to do what I want.”
Alex just shrugged. “Well seems you’ve always been the rogue from the start.”
Ryan shot up straight on the chair in defence. “That’s a blatant lie Alex. You’ve always been the rogue but managed to get away from it.”
“I’ve always been able to stand up for what I believe in Ryan. It’s different.”
“Ugh,” Ryan groaned slumping back on the chair. “All this talk is making me want to take another vacation away from you people.”
Alex ran a hand through his hair. “That’s your problem Ryan, always running away from your problems.”
Ryan gave him a dirty look, making Alex throw his hands up in fake surrender. Just then Alex’s phone rang. He picked up not bothering to even check the caller ID.
