Raven and Hayden remained holed up in Hayden's room for the most part of the week.
And except from the few occasions they'd step out to walk in the park, they spent their time asking each other questions.
Raven had noticed how Hayden tended to skirt around his childhood memories, and except the fact that he'd lived in an orphanage for most of his childhood, she knew very little about that period of his life.
She did however, do a good job of covering up his deficiency. Raven told Hayden all about her childhood.
From the times she'd been teased for being chubby in pre-school, to stories from her former town and the ones in their town.
Through it all, Hayden listened attentively.
It was a bit embarrassing to Raven, seeing how invested Hayden was in the littlest stories, how his eyes would light up, how he'd break into fits of laughter here and there.
