"anyways we better get going now -" Grant stood up and tap Stacy on the shoulders -" see you at Saturday then. Just give Stacy your number," Grant asked.

"what do you mean? I already have her number," Chase replied.

"look again," Grant said.

Chase took out his phone and tapped the contacts icon "huh?!?! Everything is gone??"

"apparently when we set foot on this place every contacts and other possible communication from the outside of the perimeter of this school have been cut off. Which means we couldn't call anyone outside of this school," Stacy stated.

Chase sighs "that's a bummer,"

"yeah -" Stacy took out his phone and gave it to Chase -" here type in my number," she asked.

Every possible communications from outside have been cut off huh?? This school couldn't get any weirder. I guess I should have expected that after all we're in the worlds most mysterious and amazing school. This is absolutely creeping me out though.

While Chase was still typing, I took out my phone out of curiosity to see the content of every app I have *tap* *tap*

"what are you checking your phone for???" Grant asked.

"I'm just checking it out of curiosity about what Stacy said-" *tap* *tap* -"from the looks of it every personal information of my friends and families are gone except for the photos, notes and music. What a relief. I thought they deleted my 300+ worth of music," I replied.

"you have 300+ worth of music!?!?!?!?" Grant asked shockingly.

"yeah. Well all of it are music from the 2000s, I really enjoyed it so I downloaded them all," I smiled.

"you're very dedicated to music huh," Grant replied.

"well what can I say I'm an emo," I smiled.

"oh....... So it's those types of music," Grant pointed out.

"yup, I personally like this band -" I showed grant my phone, showing the band My chemical romance. This dudes are the best at making songs. It's like an anthem more than a song, my love for this band will never fade.

"they look cool. I guess," Grant replied.

"hey grant-" Stacy tapped him in his shoulders

-"let's go," Stacy spoke.

"oh ok, -" grant took out his phone and started typing *tap* *tap* -" I'll give my chemical romance a shot then. Laters," Grant waved at us and started walking slowly away from us.

I think in all of our class even before I came here, I was the only one who liked the 2000s music even though its like 8 decades ago. They always say new ones are the best but for me I like the old ones better, it's more clearer, cool to listen, brings a lot of emotions and it's lyrics are very relatable. I don't know but everytime I listen to them it feels pleasing to the ear, its like sleeping on the clouds while being drowned by your own thoughts.

"so what are going to do now Chase??" I asked.

"let's just keep an eye on the class, we only got at least an hour and thirsty minutes left. Until then let's just keep on watching the class by playing chess," he looked at me and smiled.

"fine, let's play some chess," I murmured. I'll probably get wrecked by this guy.

We started playing chess, I might not be an expert but I do know the basic rules on playing it. Learned it when I was a little kid, my dad always plays with me while we wait for dinner or if we're just passing some time. Sweet sweet memories indeed, hmm maybe when I get back. I'll try to challenge my dad on chess, Chase is here to teach me all about it.

Its already night time, I've already arrived at my dorm. Stepping in I forgot that Ashley was in the hospital, the room filled nothing but silence. The chairs and table were untouched, on top of it was some groceries. Ashley may have bought something, I walked towards it and look into it.

"It's a flashlight??" I thought to myself.

"what could have she used with it," I wondered. I thought it was groceries but a flashlight??? Maybe she this is for our investigation, it looks very expensive, quite heavy as well. *flick* I turned the flashlight on and it's very very bright. I rushed towards the balcony and decided to point it on the sky.

Its shining light reached the sky, although it is nigh time that's why I could shine this in the sky but I won't be able to do that if it was morning. Still why would she bought a flashlight, I think a binoculars would be more handy since we have a balcony we could scout out someone.

"oh well if I couldn't figure out the reason might as well put it back then," I murmured.

I decided to make some ramen before I go to bed, everything was already done all I need to do was to wait for the noodles to get wiggly and I'll just have to set it up. The boiling hot smoke filled the kitchen, I'm craving for it. I can't wait till it gets ready.

A and relaxing time it is, if only Ashley was here we could have shared the ramen. Good thing it was definitely more than I thought it would be, I'll just have to hide the extra in the fridge and make her some ramen when she gets back. A welcome back surprise. Honestly though I think those two won't make it back before Saturday, change of plans it is then. It will be just me, Dean, Chase, Grant and Stacy.

Which reminds me I should in form Dean on what happened, luckily Chase sent my number to Dean and he sent his number to me.

*tap* *tap* I pressed the call icon and decided to call him instead of texting him

*beeping* *beeping*

"yow!! What's up Reanna," he answered.

"hello, I'm sorry to call you so suddenly. Did I disturb you by any chance??" I asked.

"oh no, don't worry I was just reading a book. Why what's the matter," he asked.

"well something happened when we were at PE class," I murmured.

"oh.... What happened," I felt the changed in his voice, he's definitely worried.

"Kyle and Ashley were having a sword fight. Then it was looking pretty good but in the middle of their fight when Kyle was at a disadvantage, their swords clash. Then a bright light appeared on their swords and it exploded, sending them flying to the wall. And now they are in the hospital...." I didn't realize tears were falling down across my face. I wiped them out by scrubbing my face with my hand.

"that's really unfortunate for them, at least they survived the explosion. Did the your teacher said anything else after what happened," He asked.

"yeah, he said he contacted our adviser and let her know what happened," I replied.

I was very pleased when our coach actually notified our adviser about Kyle and Ashley, Ms. Decker would have been so devastated hearing about what happened to them. I was really relief that there were no serious injuries that could have happened because of an explosion. An explosion like that should have scarred there faces, specially it was near them but luckily their weren't.

"that's very pleasing to hear, well I guess they are out of the investigation on Saturday then," he replied.

"yeah, maybe Chase already knew that," I replied back.

"alright then, I'll continue on with my reading. I'll contact you when something happens," he replied.

"OK by then,"

"bye, thanks for letting me know. Have a good night reanna,"

"you too," *tap* I hang the call, stood up and took care of the noodles being boiled.

Finally it's done, I poured it into the ball and added the ingredients one by one. Ta-da!!! A ramen, I took out my phone and snap a picture of it. I put down my phone, grabbed the chopsticks and begun slurping on my ramen. It's so delightful!!! Grabbed the egg with my chopsticks and ate it.

*burp* so yummy!!! I've already put the bowl on the sink, but I'm going to wash it later. I'm so lazy, I picked up my phone and got into a site to watch some anime. I've got a lot of hours to do all sorts of things since classes start at 9am. Our schedule is kinda hectic but it doesn't serve any problem at all, 12pm was our vacant hours perfect time to eat and the rest are class hours till 3pm.

Definitely more suitable time management than my previous school, for what I remember it definitely feels like hell. The teachers there couldn't care less about other sections, they always think because you're number 1 you must work hard more often. That's why they pile you up with a lot of work with a fixed due date, of course being in section 1 means you have to do your best but that if your best isn't the best enough for them.

Unfortunately some school and teachers still have that same mindset, they didn't change at all since the 2000s. I guess there's no literal hope for the other students. Instead of achieving their dreams they will be workers, countless days of working just to prove for yourself or your family. What a terrible thing to experience. But we couldn't do anything even changing their hearts.
