Our Secret

Jane, Greg and I arrive five miles into Ralhmines hitchhiking on a pick-up truck. We make sure to get there before the police. 


Obviously, I escaped prison with the help of my two friends. I'll face whatever sanctions I get for running away when Laurel and Alex are safe with us and Ivy and Kelvin are locked behind bars. 


“Are you sure you'll know the mansion when you see it?” I ask Greg. 


“Yeah, I'm pretty sure. Laurel gave me a detailed description of the mansion, even what the environment looks like,” Greg answers. 


“I just hope we get there on time to save Laurel and Alex,” Jane contributes. 


We decide to jump down at a landmark. As the moving truck reach our destination, I hold Jane's hand and we jump out of the truck. Greg tries to jump too but hesitates. I pursue the truck, trying to reach for his hand and as soon as I get close enough, he leaps from the truck into my arms.
