Epilogue

Bloodshed lived out the rest of his years protecting Pirouette's family and living his life the best he could. He was finally able to live out the life that he had dreamed of as a teenager and threw extravagant parties always inviting Pirouette's family and moved from place to place trying to find a home. One day he told her family the truth that he took her life and told her that he would deliver her last message and told them of everything beforehand. They were angry and felt betrayed and even threatened me and I felt as though it was what I deserved, they started beating me and I didn't fight back and I thought they were going to kill me but the once little girl shouted, "Wait!" And they stopped and listened to her. "I forgive him! Momma wouldn't have wanted this, she let him do what he did to protect us and the world. This man has been through more than anyone would dare to go through to end all suffering at the cost of his own." I looked at her and saw the face of Pirouette and my eyes started watering. She saw the pain in my eyes and helped me up. I saw the anger in the 2 men fade away slowly and they even found it in their hearts to forgive me themselves. I felt relief at telling the truth that I was afraid to let them know. (Years passed and Bloodshed visited his parents that had passed away and told them everything at their graves and then years later still he himself died at the age of 100, the only person left to attend his funeral was Pirouette's daughter Seles and her husband. Bloodshed looked around everywhere, it was so bright he couldn't see anything. Then he saw her. The most beautiful woman he'd ever laid eyes upon and he finally could see her again. "Opet." His words were almost a whisper and he ran to her and kissed her and hugged her and told her everything that had happened over the years. "I saw you husband, I missed you so much I was always there. Now you're finally here. Let's go for a walk and we can finally be together. Bloodshed took her hand and walked beside her and they both faded out into nothingness and they were finally together.
