Maze Travelers from Gold River

Arthur was tired to travel all the way from Golden Fort to the center of the maze.

He wanted to stop to get relaxed for a minute or so but he didn't.

Arthur knew that if he was going to stop, he would think and remember the past.

But still he was remembering the past that he wanted to forget and didn't want to remember again.

Maybe he was the one who wanted to forget all these.

When he arrived to one of the oldest monuments of the maze, he remembered the past again.

Since he started to remember his past, his dreams started to be the memories of him that was only bringing suffering to him.

Arthur sat down under a tree and started to look to the old monument.

The monument was still same and belong to one of the oldest masters lived at the time of the ancient empires.

The master was known as a perfect fire magician that also taught Arthur a few moves.

"Remember Arthur! Your will shouldn't be to destroy or finish your enemy, it only has to be ending the war and even more than that saving the people."

He was now remembering his old master's words and he was quite relaxed.

"I didn't know you a lot master! I didn't know you a lot. But still I knew how powerful and brave you were."

Arthur remembered one more thing, "How am I still alive? After thousand years I'm still here at the maze."

Thoughts of Arthur were clashing on his head again.

Arthur knew that the moment that he was going to reach to the center of the maze, he would remember much more than that.

Arthur was also thinking that he should have to go and see what was happening at the center of the maze.

Because if the dark dragon was alive and powerful again like the past, that wasn't just going to be a problem for the maze.

But Arthur fought with him at past and he knew that he had a chance to take the dragon down. Only think that Arthur worried about was the power that the Dark Dragon collecting from other sources to become more stronger.

He remembered one of the oldest knowledge of the magic that one of his masters taught that, "The magic can be done if you have enough mana that is the source of the magic. If you don't have enough mana, you can transfer mana from other sources."

These sources were sometimes the mana that is being created by the plants and animals, sometimes the mana from the mines only the experienced miners can extract it.

The common way to store the mana was the potions with different colors and effects.

Arthur smiled as he remembered the lesson he difficulty passed.

Arthur sighed and prepared to move again but he sensed someone near.

He used the tree as a cover and started to look to the meadow.

Arthur realized a group of people who were traveling.

He started walking slowly towards the group that was on the move.

And as he approached he realized a similar magic, the magic that the maze travelers had.

These people were the ones who were in the Gold River.

Arthur wasn't expecting to see these people at the center of the maze.

He wasn't knowing how he sensed their magic before but he wanted to try his chance, so he walked next to them.

One of the man at the group realized him and shouted, "We have a visitor."

Arthur stopped as they stopped and started to look around for seeing someone familiar.

The man talked with Arthur, "Are you looking for someone?"

Arthur spoke, "Are you from Gold River?"

The man was surprised, "How do you know that?"

Arthur was curious, "Why did you come here?"

The man, "Who are you?"

Arthur spoke, "I'm Arthur, a friend of Rock."

The man was even more surprised, "Are you that Arthur? Really, I wasn't expecting to see you here, you were in…"

Arthur, "I'm here now. Do you know where is Rock and maybe Ragnar?"

The man spoke with a certain tone, "We are traveling to a small village that is near there, if you come with us Ragnar is on the village too."

Arthur knew that he had no time to lose but he wanted to see Ragnar and learn more information about the latest events, "Show me the way."
